"How many cars?" Victoria said in confusion, "There were three vans in total. What's the problem?"
Kenny smiled and said, "Three vans might not be enough. We needed almost 20 vans to fit them all."
When Victoria heard that, her interest was piqued. "What is it exactly?"
Kenny glanced at Reene, then leaned in close to Victoria and whispered, "Guns and ammo."
Victoria was speechless.
Her pretty eyes widened as she said in disbelief, "W-What?!"
"You didn't mistake my words; it's exactly those treasures!" Kenny said, a little envious, "And there's quite a number of them too! Jeanne, you have to prepare a place that's safe and spacious enough for them!"
Victoria's eyes shifted as she looked at a muscular man at the side, saying, "Darren, bring some men with you and follow Advisor Shane. Move all the stuff to the warehouse in an urban village in the north of the city."
Darren had worked for Victoria for more than a decade.
However, he was far more honest than Rupert, and he was extremely loyal to Victoria as well.
He nodded. "Got it, boss. Don't worry, I promise you that there won't be any mistakes!"
Even though he didn't really catch a hint about what those gifts were exactly, he could hear from Victoria's tone that the items were extremely important.
After that, Kenny got someone to undo the ropes that bound Mia, then splashed the latter awake with some cold water. Finally, he took his men and left with Darren without further ado.
Reene and Victoria sat close to each other in the car as they headed toward Jeanne D'Arc.
As Reene sat in the back seat of the van, she glanced at the underworld members of all shapes and sizes, then at the blood stains on Victoria's heel.
She could somewhat understand why Kingsley refused to get close to Victoria.
