When Jeremy said this, he immediately attracted everyone's attention.
Not only did Freddie—the jeweler from Seavale—and Old Mrs. Sheffield look over, but even the subordinates brought by Freddie and the younger members of the Sheffield Family all cast surprised glances at him.
Even if a sale wasn’t made, it was only right to treat customers with respect and politeness.
None of them expected that Jeremy would speak so harshly to Kingsley, but Jeremy didn't care. He never liked Kingsley in the first place.
Now that Jeremy heard him mention the cooperation with Coliree Group again, the jealousy and resentment in his heart could no longer be concealed.
Jeremy crossed his legs and looked down at Kingsley. "Nicholson, do you think that just because Neveah got the project from Coliree Group, you can be arrogant? Even he, Mr. Morgan, and I couldn't get Old Mrs. Sheffield to agree, so who gave you the audacity to say that you want to cooperate with the Sheffield Family?”
Upon hearing this, Freddie nodded slightly.
In Freddie's eyes, not even Jeremy had the qualifications to compete with him, let alone Neveah Department Store, which he had never heard of.
Competing with such a small enterprise would damage his reputation.
However, under the disdainful gazes of Jeremy and Freddie, Kingsley leaned back on the chair calmly and said, "Old Mrs. Sheffield refuses to cooperate with you because Forward Vision is inferior. What’s more, whether I have the right to be arrogant or not is not for you to decide!"
As soon as Kingsley finished speaking, there was an immediate commotion around him.
The relatives and younger folks of the Sheffield Family were enjoying the show and whispered to each other.
"Is this person an employee of Neveah Department Store? He’s so arrogant! How dare he say that Forward Vision Group is inferior?”
