Once those words were said, they both sat down on the ground and continued to cry and make a fuss.
While stomping his feet, Jude bellowed, "Hey, both of you, get up! There are so many people watching. It's not good for our image!"
"Not good for your image?" The woman screamed. "That incompetent doctor has just killed my husband, and you're asking me to care for your image? I don't care. The hospital must give me an explanation."
The panic in Alice's eyes disappeared, replaced by determination. She said, "I won't run away, and I will give you an explanation. After the police arrive and determine the cause of death, everything will be revealed."
Upon hearing that the cause of death would be investigated, the two people looked at each other and suddenly stopped crying.
The man stood up and said to Kingsley, "You are the director here, right? Immediately get someone to take my brother's body to the morgue! Hurry!"
"You want him sent to the morgue now?" Jude asked in confusion. "We have to wait for the police to arrive and then wait for them to finish examining the scene—"
Before Jude could finish speaking, the woman sitting on the ground immediately cried out, "Oh my God! What does this hospital want? Gosh, I don't want to live anymore!"
The woman's voice was sharp and noisy, making Jude's head feel like it was about to explode.
"Alright, alright. Send the body to the morgue." Jude helplessly instructed the doctor next to him, "Samuel, you go with the security guard and take the deceased in the outpatient room to the morgue."
Watching the man and woman causing trouble, Kingsley suddenly had a thought in his mind.
Ordinary people would definitely protect the scene and wait for the police to arrive, but these two people insisted on rushing to a man who had just died a few minutes ago to the morgue.
There must be something suspicious going on.
Kingsley turned his head and whispered to Terrell, "Take two people with you and follow them to the morgue. Keep a close eye on them and see what they are up to. Also, be discreet and don't attract attention."
While saying that, he took out a pen and a piece of paper from the front pocket of Alice's doctor's coat and wrote down a series of numbers. "This is my phone number. Contact me anytime if there's anything."
"Yes, Boss Nicholson." Terrell nodded and immediately led two men to exit the crowd quietly.
