True Fated Marriage novel Chapter 1314

Gary was dumbfounded when he saw how insisting Heinz was, as well as the cold tone he had when speaking. Gary gasped, "Why are you so agitated? Did your hormones go out of control?"

"Don't interrupt me, brat," Heinz was embarrassed because his son had said the truth. Was it really that obvious?

Grace was also a little speechless.

Gary was really keen.

"Your expression immediately gave you out," Gary rephrased it.

"What about you?" Heinz questioned him back, "You just conversed with Celeste for a moment and already you're looking much better. What's the matter with you?"

Gary had a faint smirk on his face, asking, "Why do you have to be so straightforward?"

"Alright then, I'll pretend not to know then," Heinz changed the topic, "Your mother and I have something to tell you."

Gary was startled, "What is it?" "It's about Celeste," When Heinz said this, he stared at his son sharply, waiting for his son's reaction.

Sure enough, Gary squinted his eyes and he looked a little tense.

Heinz chuckled.

It seemed this child had fallen in love.

Though, it was normal for children his age to fall in love.

"What's the matter? Tell me."

"Didn't you ask me to not be so straightforward?" Heinz retorted.

"But you're already halfway through your sentence," Gary wasn't angry at all. He simply said, "Forget it. If you don't say anything, then I'll hang up."

"What are you being so anxious about?" Heinz deliberately slowed down, "Your mother and I have decided to be Celeste's guardian. In other words, she will be our adopted daughter and your sister."

Gary's entire body stiffened up as he furrowed his brows.

He fell silent for a moment and just stared at Heinz. After a few seconds of silence, he finally uttered, "What's wrong with Celeste's guardianship?"

Heinz immediately raised an eyebrow at Gary. His eyes were full of admiration and appreciation.

Gary was so perceptive that he immediately found out what the problem was.

After all, he was a sharp and intelligent child.

"They had a huge fight and now they're thinking of cutting off all ties. Celeste's aunt is Cindy White. Aren't you already aware of this?" Heinz asked.

Gary looked at Heinz, his eyebrows deeply furrowed. There seemed to be something going on between Celeste and her guardian for them to cut off all ties. However, she didn't even bring any of it up to him.

Maria also didn't tell him, and nor did Ernest. Everyone knew about this, but he was the last to find out.

Thinking of this, Gary felt a surge of frustration rising within him. It was then that he felt an itch in his throat.

With that, he started coughing violently. It took him half a minute before he could stop.

"Why are you coughing so badly? You are too weak," Heinz was both worried and anxious. "When your mother told me this, I thought that it was nothing serious. I can't believe that your cough is so terrible. Did you get pneumonia?"

"Can you not curse me?" Gary finished coughing and asked Heinz.

"I will immediately ask someone to find you a doctor," Heinz insisted, "A nanny and butler have already been prepared. I can't believe Lowell didn't tell us about this! I'm going to make him pay for this. If this happens again, I'm going to lock all his credit cards."

"What does it have to do with Lowell?" Gary immediately protested.

Heinz didn't argue with his son at all and commented, "That's enough. Let's talk about this later. You've already known that Celeste's aunt is Cindy White, haven't you?"

Heinz suddenly recalled that his son had mentioned this once.

Though, he couldn't remember when.

They had returned to the topic once more.

Gary glanced at Heinz and asked, "So what?"

Heinz snickered, "All of you are very impressive."

"Why is Cindy quarreling with Celeste?" Gary asked with a frown. His tone was full of anger that was hard to conceal.
