True Fated Marriage novel Chapter 2105

When Gary saw Sylvia, he gave Ernest a look and said, "I'll head upstairs first. I'll leave Sylvia to you guys."

"I'll treat your wounds for you later." Ernest was still worried about Gary's injuries.

"There's no need for that." Gary went upstairs without looking back.

He did take a look at Sylvia when he passed by her.

And she noticed it.

She was stunned when she saw the injury on his face. Worried, she asked, "What happened to your face?"

"It's nothing. We brought you some good news. Be brave and head downstairs," he said gently.

She was stunned again, but she quickly understood what he meant.

"Did you guys go looking for Mr. Trevino?"

A smile flashed in his eyes, proud that she was smart enough to catch on, even if she had been in a trance.

Without replying, Gary went straight upstairs.

Sylvia looked at Claudia, who was smiling at her.

An indescribable feeling arose in her heart, and an idea surfaced in her mind.

Stunned, she walked toward Claudia.

Claudia said with a smile, "Are you surprised to see me?"

Sylvia fixed her eyes on Claudia before glancing at the luggage beside her.

Sylvia asked uncertainly, "You aren't Mr. Trevino's girlfriend?"

Claudia smiled and replied, "Not bad. I didn't expect you to be so observant at this point."

Sylvia was stunned again.

Then, her eyes lit up.

Her face was glowing.

"You really aren't his girlfriend?" she repeated her question. That time, she sounded more joyous.

"Kendrix is my cousin. We're related by blood," Claudia explained briefly.

Sylvia blinked her eyes regretfully.

Claudia laughed as she tilted her head. "So you don't have to be hostile to me anymore. I came to bring you good news. And because of this, Kendrix kicked me out."

"He kicked you out?" Sylvia was so shocked that she did not know how to react.

It was too much for her to process right then.

It was like she had been on an emotional rollercoaster the whole time. One moment, she was in the clouds, and the next, she was down in the dumps. She felt a little overwhelmed.

But now, she was delighted to hear the news.

All the despair she was feeling dissipated and was replaced by hope.

"That's right. So, please take me in," said Claudia.

"No problem! I'm happy to have you stay the night." Sylvia nodded.

Claudia laughed.

Hearing their conversation, Leah was a little surprised at first, but then she immediately relaxed.
