True Fated Marriage novel Chapter 2244

"All right, I will respect you." Sylvia agreed helplessly as she spoke in a low voice, "I'll only bring one or two things with me next time, okay?"

"All right, that is allowed." Claudia took the flowers from her arms with a smile and said, "I didn't expect you to buy so many things. I'll call Kendrix to come help out."

As soon as she mentioned Kendrix, Sylvia's heart became restless.

"Is... is he here?" She was nervous and stammered, "When.... when did he arrive?"

"Why are you stammering?" Claudia didn't know whether to laugh or cry as she looked at Sylvia.

Sylvia was shy as she blushed.

It didn't take long for her face to be covered in red, she was really shy.

Her tough appeance was gone in an instant, becoming a shy little girl.

Claudia decided to stop teasing her and called Kendrix, saying, "Sylvia bought a lot of things that she, the driver, and I are unable to move them. We need more hands. Come help us."

Sylvia perked her ears and could vaguely hear Kendrix's words over the phone, but she didn't know what he had said.

Claudia hung up the phone and said to Sylvia, "He'll come down immediately. Let's go up first. Leave the physical work to him and the driver."

Sylvia nodded and ordered the driver, "Help Mr. Trevino with the things later, and you can leave after. I'll call you again if there's anything else or if I need you to pick me up."

"Okay, Miss Sylvia." The driver answered respectfully.

Claudia looked at her, and a thought came to her mind. She stuffed the flowers to Sylvia and said, "You don't have any physical strength at all. Take the flowers upstairs first. I'll take something with me and go up with the driver."

Sylvia's arms were full as she looked at Claudia, who was beaming with excitement. She could guess what Claudia was thinking.

Claudia was probably giving her the opportunity to bump into Kendrix.

She pouted and did not refuse. "Well, I'll go upstairs first then."

"Go ahead, go ahead," Claudia said, still putting on her act, "Tell him to hurry up when you see him." "Got it." Sylvia quickly went upstairs and pursed her red lips. There was a little excitement in her eyes, and her face was also red.

She was walking to the elevator. As soon as the elevator door opened, she saw Kendrix.

Their eyes met, with one in the elevator and the other outside of it.

They stared at each other.

Sylvia pursed her lips and smiled shyly. She didn't dare to stare straight at Kendrix as she was too embarrassed and because he was looking at her so intently.

Little did she know her actions stimulated him even more.

He looked at her fair, delicate face, which was stained red. He found her cute that way.

His heart skipped a beat, and his emotions overtook him, causing him to reach out his arms to pull her in.

He held her tightly with his large and long hands and walked towards the door, not giving her a second to think.

His hands were so strong, and she could feel the heat from his palm to her wrist.

The moment the door opened, Sylvia's mind went blank as Kednrix dragged her in.

The next second, his hand was behind her head, and he lowered his head to give her a long kiss.

Everything happened so fast.

As soon as his lips touched hers, he couldn't help but to deepen their kiss.

He crushed the flowers that were for Claudia as he leaned into her. They almost fell from her arms.

However, she had no time to think and could only accept everything he gave her.

She did not resist as she gave herself in to him. Even if something was happening around them, she wouldn't be bothered.

Just like that, they stood by the door, and she continue to lay in his arms.

Sylvia's mind went blank.

Inside, she was worried that the driver and Claudia would bump into her and be suspicious when they saw her red and swollen lips.

Just as she was thinking about that, she heard him whispering into her ear, "Stay focused. Don't think too much."

"They're about to come up." she reminded him.

"The elevator will go to the top floor before going down, so not so soon." he reassured her in a deep voice.
