True Fated Marriage novel Chapter 2263

Sebastian clasped Claudia's wrist with great force, making her frown.

In the light of his strength, she could not move.

Her little face also puckered as she thought, "He is really strong."

Claudia looked up at Sebastian, who lay his hands on her in public's eyes.

Narrowing her eyes, she sneered, "What? Are you trying to take advantage of me publicly? Let me tell you, I'm no longer interested in immature boys like you now."

Upon hearing that, Sebastian furrowed his brow again and thought, "D*mn it, when did I take advantage of you?"

He felt a tide of unpleasant feeling rising in him, but what was more upsetting seemed to be the latter half of Claudia's sentence.

Was she no longer interested in him?

Humph!

Sure enough, she was a fickle girl as she could be infatuated with him and stopped how she felt at will. There was no bottomline to what she would do.

Squinting, he looked down at Claudia. The unhappy pucker in his forehead started to smooth out as he cooled himself down. "Am I taking advantage of you? Who do you think you are?"

His tone was so sarcastic and Claudia surely could sense the coldness in his tone.

"You held my wrist in public. What else could it be if it wasn't to take advantage of me?" Claudia provoked him intentionally, hoping that he would leave in a fit of pique so that it would save everyone a lot of troubles.

However, in fact, things did not go according to her wishes. Sebastian had no intention to leave. On the contrary, he exhibited a resolution to tangle with her.

His handsome face was icy cold as he stared at her with his bloodshot eyes.

Did he have insomnia?

It was only after Claudia got closer that she noticed his bloodshot eyes. Almost subconsciously, she asked, "Did you not sleep well last night?"

Sebastian could not keep up with her non-linear thinking. Indeed, he had spent a restless night the night before.

However, he didn't expect her to realize that.

For a moment, he did not know how to respond.

His chest heaved as he fixed his eyes on Claudia, and a hint of complicated emotions flitted across his narrowed eyes.

Claudia noticed that he did not speak, but still gripping her wrist tightly. She was no match for him in terms of strength, especially when he lost control of himself.

He grasped her wrist so tightly then that he almost crushed her bones.

Claudia tried to break free, but to no avail since he was too powerful.

Claudia said, "Sebastian, let go of me first."

Sebastian gave a smirk. "Should I let go of you so that you could find a way to escape?"

"To escape? How dare you describe me like that!" Claudia endured the pain in her wrist and looked into his eyes. "You must have had a sleepless night last night. That's why you're being so irritable, but you can vent your spleen elsewhere. I'm not your punchbag. Must you do this to me?"

Sebastian looked at Claudia, or more precisely, stared at her with a gloomy expression.

Claudia did not give him any chance to think, and she did not even wait for him to speak before continuing, "You behave exactly like you're suffering from insomnia. If you aren't in your right mind at the moment, you'd better go back and take a sleep before we talk about these matters."

It was plain that Sebastian's breathing had become heavier, and there was a growing sulkiness in his eyes as he continued to stare at Claudia.

"Well..." There was not a single trace of politeness left in Claudia's tone. She continued to goad him by saying, "There's nothing left to say between us. I'm no longer interested in you now. Sebastian, will you stop pestering me? If you carry on, I don't mind calling the police."

Sebastian's breathing was disrupted again. He was well aware that Claudia said those things deliberately because they could infuriate him.

In order to create an opportunity for Kendrix and Sylvia, Claudia really pulled out all the stops.

Doubtlessly, Sebastian saw through everything.

He narrowed his eyes while gazing at Claudia for a long time before he loosened his grip.

Claudia rubbed her aching wrist, which had reddened.

Claudia lowered her eyes and grinned again, saying, "Taking advantage of a woman isn't what a boy like you should do. You'd better go back and study hard." "Do you think you can incite me into losing my head by saying so? Do you think I would just storm away if I get angry?" With a calm tone, Sebastian spoke word by word, "Let me give you a piece of advice, just save your energy."
