True Fated Marriage novel Chapter 271

"What's on your mind, kid?" Jensen asked curiously.

"Of course, I'm going to reveal my existence. Even if my mom has stated that we won't be living with him, I want him to know my existence." Little Gary was determined.

"Oh boy." Jensen Charm said, "You're smart as a tack huh. Why do I feel like your tiny little brain is full of dirty tricks?"

"You'd better mind your words. If one day my Little Aunt doesn't like you anymore, don't expect me to stick up for you if you've offended me. So I would advise you to think twice before you say anything," Little Gary said coldly.

Jensen gaped at him. "Oh my God!"

"Don't make a fuss," Little Gary said.

Jensen burst out laughing. "Okay, I'm not making a fuss. But is it befitting for you to threaten me like this?"

Little Gary stared at him with clear eyes and said, "You've made a deal related to me with Little Aunt, did you ever ask for my consent?"

Jensen was speechless.

Gary's question hit the nail on the head.

Jensen was in a daze. He blinked his eyes and couldn't answer him.

"I find that adults are fascinating. You always say it's all for my own good, but have you ever sought my agreement?" Little Gary said with a serious face.

Jensen was shocked by the kid's strong aura. He said, "You left me speechless, kid."

"Then shut up," Little Gary said in a deep voice.

Jensen threw a look at him and kept silent. Gary had a stern look on his face, the aura he was letting out was even stronger than his father.

It was indeed true, the younger generation would eventually outshine the older generation.

It was clear that his strong character was inherited from Heinz.

Jensen's heart was still lingering with guilt when he faced Little Gary. He felt that the deal he had made with Alice had let him down.

Little Gary stared at him but didn't say anything, which drove Jensen crazy.

"Hey, will you say something? I can't read your mind with you looking at me like that," Jensen said.

"With your level of confidence, what made you think you're worthy of my Little Aunt?" Little Gary asked.

"Well, okay, I'll try to build up my confidence. What on earth are you trying to say?"

Jensen could see that he had something to say by looking at his intimidating demeanor.

But he had no idea what it was.

"Well, you're not too dumb." Little Gary said bluntly, "Let's make a deal now since you've already made one with Little Aunt."

"What?” Jensen was stunned. "You and me? A deal?"

"You've hurt me without my permission and made me unable to meet my father. And you even benefited by winning over Little Aunt. Is my request too much?" Little Gary said.

"Fine," Jensen nodded. "It makes sense. But you have to know, it wasn't my intention to do so."

"It's even more humiliating that it wasn't." Little Gary said, "Have you ever thought that if I haven't invited you in, could you possibly step your foot into my house?"

Jensen gave no response.

He was astonished by the kid's eloquence.

Jensen was at a disadvantage.

Little Gary continued to say, "As a man, you're simply not gutsy enough."

"Yeah, you're right." Jensen looked at him with bewilderment. After all, he was a senior police officer. How could he be taken down by a kid?
