After thinking for a while, Grace looked at Lawrence helplessly.

She sneered and said, "Master Jones, selfishness is sometimes good. So according to your opinion, all of us could be a little more selfish. If Heinz is genuinely selfish, he wouldn't have given you the money to stay in a hotel. If I were to be a little more selfish, you wouldn't even have been able to enter our door."

Lawrence was mortified by her words.

He looked at her and said coldly, "You are so disrespectful toward your elders. Who taught you that?"

"It's all thanks to you." Grace replied just as indifferently. "You eloped with Candace, and I didn't have a mother. That's why I wasn't raised well."

Lawrence was shocked to hear this.

He raised his head and said, "They are used to being selfish. They won't consider anyone's feelings."

Grace replied, "That's right. They don't care about other people's feelings. They only care about themselves. However, we are different. We would consider everyone's feelings. That's why it's more tiring."

"Those with a sense of responsibility and morality tend to feel tired. We know better than them." She held Heinz's hand and coaxed, "Let's go. Don't dwell on it."

He smiled and agreed, "Okay."

The two of them went into the house together and proceeded to chat with Nerissa and Zachary for some time. Soon, Jensen came back with his subordinates.

After that, Grace and Alice signed the papers together.

"I want to scatter Mom's ashes," Grace said. "I thought of it earlier this afternoon. When Master Jones came to get her ashes and requested to be buried together with, I got this idea."

"Scatter her ashes?" Alice was stunned for a while but she immediately understood Grace's intention. "You are afraid that Master Jones will make a fuss about Mom's ashes and insist on being buried together. If we do this, he won't be able to find her. By then, even if he wanted to make a fuss, he couldn't."

"That does save a lot of trouble," Grace spoke as she nodded her head. "I seriously think that this is the best way to do it, so I wanted to talk it over with everyone. If Alice agrees, it will be settled." "I agree." Without any hesitation, Alice nodded in agreement.
