Under the Heiress' Facade novel Chapter 445

Bernard looked at the ingredients in Hera's hands with a complicated look. When she noticed it, she frowned. "You seem to dislike my cooking."

"That's not it." He immediately denied it. "I just thought you should just be a princess at home and let the maid do the cooking and other tasks."

"You sure know how to talk." Hera chuckled. "Go clean yourself up. Breakfast will be ready when you're done."

Upon seeing how he couldn't stop her from cooking, he had no choice but to remind her, "In that case, remember to go easy on the salt."

Hera was speechless, wondering when she had ever cooked for him or said she liked heavily seasoned food. Then, she wondered if he was thinking about the barbecue from before.

After Bernard took a shower, he changed into a black suit and combed his hair neatly. He buttoned up his shirt and put on a pair of golden cufflinks. He looked noble and aloof in that attire.

When Hera came out of the kitchen with a plate of freshly cooked noodles, she saw him walking out dashingly. She couldn't help glancing at him a couple more times.

After all, she loved looking at good-looking men. A dashing man like Bernard being by her side all the time was her greatest temptation. Suddenly, she realized that his looks were a huge reason why she was in love with him.

"What's on your mind?" He approached her and took the plate of noodles from her.

Hera returned to her senses and said, "I was just wondering why my boyfriend is so dashing."

"Oh? How dashing am I?" He lowered his head and kissed her on the forehead.

She was speechless and thought how his dashing looks didn't last a few seconds. Noticing how he was getting his hand all over her body, she turned around to return to the kitchen. "Just see for yourself in the mirror."

Bernard chuckled and placed the plate of noodles on the table. The noodles looked great, and there were meat, vegetables, eggs, and tomatoes on the plate as well.

"Have a taste," Hera said as she passed the utensils to him.
