"A sure-fire way to make a woman pregnant?"

On the other side of the phone, Harvey, who was a doctor, furrowed his brows and repeated when he heard Skylar's indiscreet question.

"Yes," Skylar replied curtly.

"First of all, you have to be sure that both you and your wife have no fertility issues. Following that, the chance of your wife getting pregnant will be higher. However, there are no methods that would guarantee a 100% success no matter if it's through natural conception or vitro fertilization."

He was holding onto his mobile phone and he seemed a little depressed.

"Skylar, don't be hasty. I heard about your family's problems from your grandmother, who is staying at my hospital. I think it's better for you to come up with a proper plan."
