"Sorry to trouble you, Assistant Lowell."

Lorraine saw that Jayson was coming over. She knew that Jayson had just heard the conversation between the two women.

After giving the documents to Jayson, she returned to her seat and ignored Coralie.

Coralie saw that no one was looking for trouble with her, so she took the elevator downstairs.

Jayson took the documents and entered Skylar's office. He put them on the table and said, "President Holland, Miss Chariott is an interesting person."

Jayson was involved in many of the events that had happened between Skylar and Coralie.

For example, he was at the entrance of the Civil Affairs Bureau, when Skylar saw Coralie and Howard getting a divorce.

A month later, he was also there when Skylar sent Coralie to the hotel. Skylar didn't go back that night.

He had worked for Skylar for a long time, so he knew that Skylar was a person who didn't like meddling in other people's business. However, he had broken the rules many times for Coralie, so the relationship between them was self-evident.

"What's wrong?"

Skylar knew that he was talking about Coralie.

Jayson conveyed the dialogue between Lorraine and Coralie to Skylar, and then added, "Lorraine, who is known for her talent and quick wit, was shut down by Miss Chariott. I don't know how she is feeling right now."

Lorraine was not convinced by this. "In regards to Coralie, I've seen her resume. She graduated from the same college as President Holland and worked in a small company. I asked someone about it. The salary of that company is only slightly more than 2,000 dollars! How can she come to Skyton Corporation and earn so much here?"

"It has nothing to do with you."

Jayson didn't quite understand a woman's mind. Just like what Coralie said, it had nothing to do with her, in regards to who Skylar was with.

Coralie's previous life had nothing to do with her. He didn't expect Lorraine to investigate Coralie's background.

"I... I just think that President Holland is so excellent. He shouldn't be with such an ordinary woman."

Lorraine told the truth.

"Well, you'd better do your own thing."

Jayson found that he could not communicate with Lorraine at all, so he had no choice but to go to the meeting room to prepare for the meeting later.

When Coralie arrived at her office, her cell phone rang.

Skylar said, "Did you get nagged by my secretary?"
