Chapter 42 Opportunity Arrives

Tonight, there was a special event at the bar on the first floor of the Nightcharm Club.

The staff were dressed in unusual attire, and every guest who came in for a drink was given a mask. Everyone in the room, whether they were employees or customers, wore the same white mask.

As soon as Edison Yates and Issac Linberton entered, the attendant responsible for handing out masks at the entrance offered them two masks.

"What kind of friend?"

"You don't know him."

"Is it the two big shots you're entertaining on the first floor?"

"Stop asking, just tell me if you're going to prepare it or not."

John Hawe finished mixing the drink, picked up the glass and walked over to her, his eyes and eyebrows curved, smiling a bit seductively. "When have I ever failed to meet your demands?"

"So you're saying yes?"

John Hawe murmured in agreement and sat down next to her.
