I asked Diego, "What else did Joel say?"

I hung up the phone and went out of the office with my handbag. I met Diego at the elevator entrance. He held a document in his hand and said, "Ms. Shears, I've handled everything with the Marks family, including."

Puzzled, Diego asked, "Where are you going, Ms. Shears?"

"I'm going home. Just contact me through email."

He leaned against the balcony lazily and seemed to be in a trance. I went over and put my arms around his waist and asked, "Why are you home so early?"

"Why?" Benjamin asked in surprise.

He looked at me with his head slightly drooping, and I clearly saw something surging at the bottom of his eyes before it vanished completely. He held my shoulder and said softly, "There's nothing to do in the company."

He put out the cigarette butt and used his fingers to gently touch my eyes. Finally, he bowed his head and kissed me, and said, "I love you."

I noticed that there was something wrong with Benjamin, but I couldn't tell what exactly was wrong.

Benjamin put his arms around my waist. When he lowered his head and took a bite of my neck and I realized he really wanted to have sex with me, he suddenly let go of me and closed his eyes.

I held his hand and asked, "What's wrong with you?"

"I haven't had a good rest recently." Benjamin closed his eyes, then opened them and said, "I'm going to the bedroom to take a nap. Will you come with me?"
