Mamie suddenly looked up and asked, "How did you know all this?"

Agnes spilled the beans about catching Ivan kissing Mamie in the hospital. Even though she promised Ivan she would keep it hush-hush, Agnes felt there was no point in hiding it anymore.

Upon hearing this, Mamie was stunned for a long time, her mind flooded with mixed emotions. First came guilt, embarrassment, and confusion, then shock, and surprisingly, a touch of delight. She never knew her brother was so into her.

Seeing Mamie in a daze, Agnes got a bit worried.

"What are you gonna do now?"

Mamie snapped out of it and sighed, "Just gonna go with the flow."

Agnes thought about it and agreed. Given their special statuses, there was no freedom in matters of the heart.

Suddenly, Agnes remembered something, "Actually, I was really worried about you last night. Some weird stuff happened."

Mamie responded, "What happened?"

Agnes related how she was locked in the lounge.

Rubbing her forehead, Mamie said, "Now that you mentioned it, it does seem like someone was setting a trap. They even got a reporter involved. And about my drinking, I'm not the strongest, but I wouldn't have lost control like that. Now that you mentioned it, I think someone might have spiked my drink."

The idea of being drugged startled Agnes. After some thought, they came to a shocking conclusion.
