Heartstrings on Fire novel Chapter 412

Agnes looked beat.

Her hair was a mess.

Her clothes were torn.

There was a trace of blood at the corner of her mouth.

It was heartbreaking to see her like this.

Agnes seemed to not hear what Kerri said.

She was just zoned out.

Kerri didn't have the heart to ask any further.

Brayden whispered to Kerri, "Jared was really rough, wasn't he? Look at her lips, they're bloody. Do you think Agnes couldn't take it and ran away?"

Kerri glared at Brayden, "Don't think everyone else is as dirty-minded as you."

"What's so dirty about it? You seemed to enjoy that stuff last night."

Kerri was about to blow a fuse.

On the way, Brayden and Kerri bickered non-stop.

Agnes could tell they had a strong bond.

She was happy for Kerri.

Agnes remembered when she didn't know Kerri was Mrs. Simonds.

She once wished Kerri to get a divorce soon.

If Brayden knew, he'd probably flip.

But Kerri had always been pessimistic about their marriage.

Whenever she was with Agnes, she would grumble about it.

Divorcing soon was almost her catchphrase.
