The chilly voice of Elio echoed in her ear. The moment Astrid opened her eyes, she met Elio's smiling gaze. Their distance was so close, his breath lightly brushing her ear, making her feel... somewhat shy. The atmosphere in the car subtly shifted.

Gracie said, "But you texted me last night saying you were safe, why didn't you sleep?"

"Is it because Lucas didn't get cured? Or did you have a hot night with Mr. Lampard?"

"Shush," Astrid glared at Gracie, "What's going on in your head? Hot night? Why don't you go have one with my brother?"

"That's different! You and Elio have a kid together, so a hot night for you guys is rekindling, but your brother and I are still in the early stages. We haven't even held hands!"
