"Thank you."

Alicia cautiously said that to Edmond in a light and faint voice, as if she worried that he wouldn't accept her gratitude.

Alicia didn't say too much.

A thousand words came to her mouth and turned into a thank you, which was enough to make her blush.

She thought it would seem overly emotional if she said too much.
