"Now, strip!" A command was issued. "I said strip, you fucking stobborn bastard!" He charged again.
Malison felt the heat radiate from his skin and he felt hot blood rushing through his body.
A sudden jolt struck him on the ass as he felt the bone go soft from the impact of another kick. He dodged, but a resounding slap landed on his back.
"Damn...!!!!" Malison screamed in pain. His wolf flinched at the sudden flare of anger. His breath came short. He growled through clenched teeth and jumped up to get away from the blow, but was caught. He spun around, eyes rolling as he felt his wolf turning and he roared in fury.
Shortly after, a vicious blow landed against his shoulder and he swiveled around to see one of the men swinging a knife.
"Please don't!" Laney let out. "Malison... Look...!!!" He tried to get in between them but a guard knocked him aside. He landed on the ground, defeated. As he lay there with a grimace on his face. He caught a quick glimpse of Malison's back, and saw blood gushing out. "Where is your band..?" Laney connected through his wolf mind.
"Yeah.. !" Malison blurted.
In a blink, the characters already lifted up their weapons, but Malison stood still from them, putting his hands on his hip and shaking his head. His wolf and vampire blood became cool, waiting for the extraction. In his mind's eyes, he saw his true self growing in strength again and the battle started. Their weapons flew through the air, and it became even more explosive and his attack became more and more savage. The next thing he heard was a smashing sound, followed by the yelping of his wolf. The battle slowly turned into a ground fight with the enemy not hesitating to attack from the level he was. Malison lifted his right hand, and a thick darkness surrounded the room from his magic band, and a heavy breeze lifted the enemies with a growling sound out of the room. In a blink, a bright light took over.
"Hurry everyone, let's get the hell out of her!" Laney spat, glancing around for the source of the light. The voice reminded him of someone he knew. He looked around for Malison, but he was nowhere to be found. Unfortunately, one of the girls was lying lifeless on the floor.
"Laney, Laney, where are you..?" Malison connected through his wolf mind.
"Hey Malison, where are you?"
"No much time for this now man, please come over, just follow my instructions in the book I gave you, as you bring those girls along too!"
"But one is dead already."
"Fuck!" Malison growled.
The dark tunnel is easy to get lost inLaney feared for his life, but as he closed his eyes, he lost himself. He saw himself walking through the dark corridors of the palace. The echoes of the footsteps ringing out across the marble floors and walls. Then he entered the throne room. A frightened girl sits at the foot of the alpha king. Between the bookshelf and the desk sat a book. This book was Malison's.
"Gosh! How did it get there?" He slammed. "And how do I get it back?" He lamented. The mind of the girl beside him was distorted with fear,
"Can I go get it?" She asked.
"Can you..?"
"I can try."
With the guards and everyone else still in a deep sleep, the girl strode to the bookshelf to get the book, and she clutched it tightly, but the book was gone in a blink. A sharp blow to her back left her disoriented, but Laney saw no one around. He closed his painful eyes, took a deep breath, opened his eyes and took the book in his hands, using the magic words linked to him by Malison.
