Chapter 604 Clueless Brielle
“What I’m saying is, Floyd’s eyes are cured. He isn’t wearing contacts-this is his natural color now.”
As soon as Amelia said it, everyone leaned in to get a better look at Floyd.
Up close, the difference was obvious.
Anyone who looked closely could tell the difference between contacts and natural eyes.
Besides, it wasn’t something that could be hidden anyway, so there was no reason to lie.
“Wait, seriously? Floyd, your eyes are really better? How did that happen?” Brielle asked, genuinely happy for him.
Now he wouldn’t need to wear contacts that could hurt his eyes, and he wouldn’t have to feel insecure because of his unusual eye colors.
She used to think that after Floyd started wearing colored contacts, he wouldn’t dare to take them off in front of others.
Turns out, his eyes had been healed!
“Well, of course, I was the one who treated him,” Amelia said with a bright smile.
“You?” Brielle’s eyes widened in disbelief.
“Yep. If you don’t believe me, ask your brother. Or ask your grandma.”
Amelia looked at her and deliberately asked, “Are you happy? Surprised? Shocked?”
“S-since when did you even know how to treat people?” Brielle asked suspiciously.
The Jordans had invited countless famous doctors and top eye specialists. None of them could figure out the cause.
They all said since it didn’t affect his daily life or health, they should just leave it alone and do regular checkups.
And now this woman healed him?
“Hey, don’t think your cousin is the only competent one in this world. There are plenty of people better than her,”
Amelia’s words pissed Sabrina off. At the same time, she felt more nervous,
Did she find out something?
“By the way, Floyd never had an eye problem. His health had simply gotten worse, and some side effects caused his eye colors to change.
“Now that I’ve been treating him, of course he’s doing much better.”
Brielle looked even more confused. “His health got worse? Side effects? What side effects?”
“Well, that’s a bit too complicated for your single-cell brain to understand. I’ll explain it to your grandma later, so don’t overwork your poor brain.”
After saying that, she deliberately glanced at Sabrina.
Sure enough, Sabrina’s expression had already turned ugly, and she couldn’t hide it anymore.
She didn’t notice Amelia watching her. She was feeling uneasy and anxious.
Her outburst broke Sabrina’s train of thought and snapped her back to her senses.
The dark look on her face quickly faded.
If she kept thinking about it, someone might notice something was off.
“Yeah, I’m calling you stupid, and you won’t even admit it. Why don’t you come over to my place sometime? I’ll teach you how to use your brain,” Amelia said.
She was in a good mood. In just a few sentences, she had Brielle fuming and Sabrina sweating.
It was pretty entertaining.
“As if! Why would I go to your house? You’re the stupid one!” Brielle snapped in frustration.
“Well, you can’t stay this dumb forever. Getting used by one person, then another, and you don’t even know it. I feel bad for you.”
Wasn’t Brielle being used by Sabrina this whole time without even knowing?
Amelia glanced at Gianna, who was watching from the side, still smiling without saying a word.
It was obvious she came here with a goal and something to gain.
No need to guess-she probably used Brielle to get into the Jordan Estate.
Brielle, this clueless girl, was practically a professional at being someone else’s pawn.
Amelia sneered inwardly. She looked over Brielle’s angry face, then glanced at Sabrina, who was pretending to be calm, and the shifty-eyed Gianna.
