Five Years Wasted Now They Beg Her Back novel Chapter 359

Grace hugged the tin box tightly to her chest. "As long as she has real talent, the doors of Graceline Technologies will always be open to her."

Katherine Holt smiled and stood up, straightening her silk dress.

"That's good to hear. Ms. Hart, I wish you... a very enjoyable revenge."

With that, she turned and left.

Grace was left alone in the private room.

"Grace!"

After what felt like an eternity, the door was pushed open.

Damien rushed in, still carrying a chill from outside.

He had clearly sped over, his tie slightly askew.

Seeing Grace curled up in the corner of the sofa, a broken heap of tears, Damien felt a raw, jagged ache tear through his chest.

"What's wrong? Did that woman bully you?"

Damien strode over and pulled her into his arms, his voice urgent. "Don't cry. Tell me who hurt you. I'll kill them!"

Grace looked up, her tear-filled eyes meeting the anxious gaze of the man before her.

This was the one person in the world who cherished her above all else.

"Damien..."

Her voice was hoarse. She buried her face in his chest, her tears instantly soaking his shirt.

"I don't have a family... I really... don't have a family anymore..."

Damien held her tight, his large hand stroking her back again and again.

"It's okay."

He whispered in her ear, his voice firm and gentle. "You have me."

"Damien is your man, your family, and your eternal support."

"That trash doesn't deserve to be your family."

Grace wailed in his arms, releasing all the grievances, frustrations, and pain of the past twenty-odd years.

In the car on the way back to the Clarke estate, she held the tin box tightly and didn't say a word.

Damien didn't speak either. He just held one of her hands tightly, occasionally rubbing the back of it with his thumb, conveying a silent strength.
