Power of Money novel Chapter 212

Now, Jillian just noticed that besides Luther, there was another man in their room.

Since she entered the door, she had put all her attention on earning Luther's favor, wanting him to help her take revenge.

Jillian had also noticed that there was someone else in the room.

She gulped down half a bottle of the alcohol next to her and wiped her mouth. Jillian then agitatedly told Luther all about how she had been treated badly in Super Media that day, how she was suppressed, how she was bullied. She told him that she ran into a pervert in the makeup room that afternoon and she was cornered by a low-class model and crew in the studio, that her clothes were thrown out and she almost got hit...

Jillian guessed that he was not an important guest, so she did not take him seriously.

But now that she was aware, a celebrity like herself, a goddess who was worshipped by countless men, Jillian was instantly unhappy to get involved with a loser like him in front of so many people.

She turned around and looked at Luther with

disgust and said, "Mr. Chan, No. 4 is a man? I don't want to seduce him. Change it to someone else."

There were so many other people in the room. Jillian thought that one of them would be chosen, but Luther had chose a loser like this guy. Her excitement instantly vanished and she threw away the card as she made to walk away.

"What are you doing?"

Unexpectedly, as soon as she turned back, Luther's lazy voice came into her ears.

"It's just a game. You can't even handle something like this?"

Luther was leaning on the sofa, models dressed in air stewardess uniforms in his arms. With a cigarette in his mouth, he looked indifferently at Jillian, who was in a daze.

"But..."

Jillian wanted to defend herself.

She was a popular celebrity. How could she do something like that with a guy who had no status, under the eyes of the crowd here?

Unexpectedly, Luther sneered and said with a cigarette in his mouth, "Stop saying 'but'. Admit defeat if you lose. With so many people watching, you don't want to embarrass me, do you? Or do you think that the money is

too little?"

"I didn't! It's just that this person..."

Before Jillian could finish her words, Luther bent down, picked up a wad of money and threw it at her face.

"Go, do what you should do. Don't make me angry."

Luther stared at Jillian and said, expressionless.

Jillian was stunned.

She didn't understand why Luther's attitude towards her suddenly changed. Although Jillian was obedient towards him usually, she couldn't understand nor accept this change, especially at a place like this.

Looking at Jillian's vicious eyes, Luther smiled and said, "Okay, I'll do whatever you want. It's just Nolan Lewis. When she goes to work tomorrow morning, I will go to the company in person and solve this problem for you. You can do whatever you want until you are satisfied and happy."

"Damn it, didn't you hear me? Kneel on the ground and perform well for my brother. If he as much as frowns, I'll throw you off the building and see if you can get out alive!"

Luther's eyes turned red. Both hands were on the table and he shouted at Jillian.

Not just Jillian.

Everyone was stunned.

In the face of this super rich second generation who was on the verge of insanity, everyone sobered up and their gazes reflected deep fear.

He was too powerful!

He's too arrogant!

No one doubted that if Jillian dared to say one more word, Luther would not hesitate to continue insult her.

No one dared to say a word. They just stood on the spot and stared at Luther with their mouths agape, not even daring to breathe loudly.

"I, I'm going now..."

Jillian was terrified.

She was well aware of how cruel rich second generations could be.

She turned around with a shiver and walked towards number 9, who was on the sofa.

The rules of the King Game were very simple. All they needed was a set of cards, and it would be issued according to the number of people in the room. The person who got the joker card would be the King. The King would then choose two other card holders to do a

mission.
