Chapter 72
Sasha was wheeling Olivia with a wheelchair. They seemed to have just finished taking a stroll, returning from their walk to the hospital. Coincidentally, or perhaps not so coincidentally, Jasper emerged from the hospital at the same time.
Jasper
was visibly stunned by their appearance.
Olivia wore a look of surprise, while Sasha’s expression was exaggerated. “Uncle Jasper, what are you doing here?”
Jasper’s gaze quickly fell on the hospital gown Olivia was wearing, and he inquired, “What happened?
He examined Olivia from top to bottom. He instinctively remembered Naomi and felt a sudden palpitation as if something had happened.
Observing Jasper’s expression, Olivia smiled knowingly. “Nothing serious. Just had a little fall.”
“A little fall? Obviously, it was that woman who pushed her!” Sasha interjected agitatedly as if it were
indeed the case.
Hearing her words, Jasper finally noticed Sasha. Only then did he realize that her head was wrapped in bandages. “What happened to your head?”
Sasha was about to give an elaborate and expressive demonstration of last night’s events when she heard Jasper’s words, and she immediately froze.
“Uncle Jasper, don’t you know? I almost got killed, and I managed to survive. Didn’t Uncle Scott tell you?” This time, Sasha was genuinely surprised.
Hearing her words, Jasper was equally surprised. Scott had not told him anything. He had no idea… Initially, Olivia felt displeased that Jasper did not know she was at the hospital. However, seeing that he also did not know Sasha was there, her displeasure vanished.

It seemed that Scott did not inform Jasper about both her and Sasha’s injuries.
