The Alpha's Phoenix Mate novel I can't die

I was sitting on a bench in the garden admiring nature while my hand rested on my now visible baby bump.

"Ma'am your tea." The lady I had asked to bring me tea said, placing the tray on the small stone table.

"Thank you." I said picking up the cup. I took a big sip of  the tea and it tasted off. I sip again and I just couldn't drink it.

"This tea tastes---" I looked at her and the first think I noticed was the evil smile on her face.

"There is poison!" she giggled like a miniac, while I widened my eyes in horror, "And just by that sip, you and your little brats will be gone in only ten minutes! Then that man of yours will be mine!" she laughed again walking away while I desperately tried to make myself puke.

I began feeling lightheaded but I ignored, getting up and going over to the house.

As soon as I opened the door, I saw him! My mate lying on the couch with a girl on top, kissing!

He didn't even look my way. I dragged myself all the way up the stairs to my room and once I stepped foot in the room, I collapsed on the floor.

"Please I can't die, my babies." I cried placing my hand over my baby bump as blood began to tricle down my nose.

"I can't die." I was still laying on the floor looking at the ceiling tears falling down, my hand on my baby bump.

"save me! I can't die, my babies.." I was fighting the urge to stay awake and slowly my life was draining out of me.

"I can't---" I couldn't even finish my sentence, my eyelids felt heavy and while I was slipping into darkness, a bright light appeared in the room and my eyes automatically closed.

"You don't deserve to die.." was the last thing I heard and my world turned black!
