The Billionaire Who Stole My Heart novel Chapter 347

Brittany took a sip from her juice, the dim light in Isaac's eyes flickered.

He felt she was easy to please.

A barbecue meal would do the trick!

When the food was served, Isaac began to grill, a skill he picked up because of Brittany.

He preferred not to have servers around, so he took matters into his own hands.

His previous experience made him a pro at barbecuing.

His hands skillfully trimmed the meat into bite-sized pieces, wrapped it in lettuce, added kimchi, rolled it up and gave it to Brittany.

Brittany satisfied her taste buds and insisted Isaac eat too.

"Alright.”

Isaac placed a grilled chicken wing into her bowl and continued to feed her.

The sizzling fat on the charcoal released a unique aroma, the smoke slowly rising, filling the air with a homely atmosphere.

After eating her fill, Brittany rested her chin on her hand, staring at Isaac.

Years later, Brittany realized that this barbecue meal was the most harmonious they had in the years to come.

Isaac paid the bill and took Brittany home.

Grace from the Salter family called, saying she had to return to Salter Manor tonight and reminded him to take good care of Brittany.

Brittany was in high spirits and, coupled with the doctor's assurance that her condition was stable, she and Isaac went to sleep after he took a shower.

He knew it wasn’t as comfortable for her , so he tried to be as gentle as possible.

They fooled around for a bit, then he held her around her slim waist and drifted off to sleep.

The next day.

Brittany just finished a meeting and opened the door to her office.

A familiar figure was standing inside, the man saw Brittany walk in, his legs gave out, "Ms. Dustin."

Brittany's secretary was taken aback, why was Mr. Carrol here?

"You can leave."

Brittany told her secretary to leave first, she didn't pay any attention to Mr. Carrol, walked to her desk and sat down, "Why?"

Why betray me?
