Sophia noticed Theo's mood swing, and her curiosity for this designer named Moon intensified.
"Moon, what are you still hesitating about?"
Ellinor clenched her teeth, pulling off her black mask and revealing her real face.
Her face was heavily wrinkled, and apart from her sparkling eyes, her nose was flat, her lips were thick, and her face was unusually big, making her unattractive.
Sophia was startled by the wrinkles and scars on her face, suddenly understanding why she chose to cover up so much.
She was really unattractive!
The light in Theo's eyes was instantly extinguished, and they fell just like ashes from a slowing fire.
Ellinor's eyes were cold. "Seen enough now? Satisfied?"
Sophia asked sympathetically. "Moon, what happened to your face?"
Her skin looked like it had suffered some injury, with wrinkles reminiscent of burn scars.
Ellinor put her hat and mask back on and said, "A fire. I survived but ended up like this. That's why I initially didn't want to attend the Blanchet Corporation's ribbon-cutting ceremony. I didn't want to scare people with my appearance."
This ugly mask was deliberately chosen by Bartlett, and it worked fantastically, scaring them all.
Sophia felt sorry. "Uh... I'm sorry. I didn't know; I was a bit harsh on you just now."
Ellinor didn't want to dwell on it, nor did she have the time to. She just wanted to leave.
"No worries, can I go now?"
Sophia nodded. "Do you need us to arrange transportation for you?"
