The Kiss that Sparked it All novel Chapter 1352

When he saw that necklace, the silver-haired man's eyes instantly filled with rage. He slammed his hand on the interrogation table and, unable to control his fury, stood up and roared, "Give me back my necklace!"

He had risked it all to return to the ruins just to recover that necklace. It was a keepsake from his mother and the only photo he had with her.

Hearing the commotion, the cops outside rushed in to restrain the riled-up silver-haired man. "Cool it!"

He ground his teeth in anger as he glared at Theo. "Give me back my necklace!"

Theo just toyed with the necklace nonchalantly. "So, are you ready to reveal the identity of the person who's pulling your strings?"

The silver-haired man spat out through clenched teeth. "No one's pulling my strings. I just want you dead!"

Theo believed that the man really wanted to kill him.

This man's name was Samuel Blanchet, a child born from his irresponsible father's fling, his half-brother.

Samuel only had a few years of education and was a street hoodlum since he was young, always causing some minor trouble.

In the past two years, he somehow found resources, got his hands on illegal weapons, recruited a bunch of goons, and gained some influence locally.

It was impossible that there wasn't someone backing him and supplying him with resources.

Theo wasn't in a rush. He pocketed the necklace and stood up. "Seems like you don't really want this necklace, so forget it."

With a nonchalant tone, he turned to leave the interrogation room.

Now that he was about to leave, Samuel's emotions escalated. "Hold on! Give me back my necklace! Theo, you bastard! Give me back my necklace!"

Theo didn't stop. "When you're ready to come clean, come find me for the necklace."

"Theo! Don't leave! Give me back my necklace..."

...

Outside the police station, Collin was waiting. He walked up to Theo. "Mr. Blanchet, you haven't rested in days; let's head home."
