Ida said, "That's kinda the designer's personal business and I can't really spill the beans."
With a chuckle, Theo replied, "Seems like Crescent Society isn't really keen on taking the Blanchet Corporation's order. No need to twist your arm then."
Saying so, Theo put down his coffee and stood up.
Ellinor heard everything loud and clear in the lounge.
There was a hint of annoyance in Theo's voice; she knew he wasn't the patient type.
If he walked out today, she would miss out on a billion-dollar deal!
As she was racking her brain, Ellinor suddenly noticed a pile of equipment that Chase had bought in the corner of the lounge. There was something that looked like a gas mask.
"Mr. Blanchet, please hold on!"
Theo, who was already at the office door, stopped in his tracks and slowly turned around at the sound of the voice.
Ida also turned to look...
What a peculiar sight!
Ellinor, dressed in Ida's clothes and wearing a gas mask, walked out of the lounge.
She walked straight up to Theo and said in a strange voice, "Mr. Blanchet, I am Moon you wanted to meet."
Theo gave her a questioning look and was slightly frowning.
Collin was very surprised. Why did Moon dress up like this? Did she think Mr. Blanchet was toxic?
Ellinor quickly explained, "Apologies, Mr. Blanchet, I've got a severe skin allergy recently and my face is a bit messed up. I didn't want to scare anyone, so I had to wear this. This was the reason why Ms. Gipson mentioned that I was unable to meet clients. Do you mind my appearance while we discuss work?"
Theo gave a slight nod, "Fine, I don't care about the appearance of the designer."
Ellinor politely bowed, "Thank you for your understanding, Mr. Blanchet."
Ida came over with a smile, "Since Moon is here, why don't you take a seat again, Mr. Blanchet? It was all a misunderstanding. Let's show you the sincerity of Crescent Society!"
