The Luna Sings novel Chapter 1

                                                                   Zair's POV:

I let my 'girlfriend' talk me into going to a fricken Karaoke bar, which is definitely not my thing at all, but at least my friends came with us. Man was I relieved to see the sports channel on the T.V.. We order our drinks and food and I'm deep into the game, when I hear the most beautiful voice.

Un-break my heart by Toni Braxton:

"Un- break my heart. Say you love me again. Undo this hurt you caused. When you walked out the door. And walked out of my life. Un- cry these tears. I've cried so many nights. Un- break my heart. My heart....''

End of song:

When she finished, I felt myself applauding with everyone else. I thought that only drunks and those that couldn't sing, sang karaoke.

Everyone was chanting for and encore, except for me, but I was hoping for one. She laughs, and thanks everyone, but says that she wants to give others a chance, and she does promise to sing again, before the night is over. Then she gracefully steps down.

My eyes follow her to her seat. She was only seated next to a girl with pink hair, that looked excited to see her. I would be just as excited, if she sat with me. "Baby!" shouts Tammy my 'girlfriend' bringing me out of my stalking.

"Yeah, Tam?" "I'm going to sing on stage, and you better clap for me," She says, and then she pecks my lips, even though, I always tell her not to. She walks over to talk to the person in charge and then she goes on stage.

Tammy was pretty good, but the girl with the long dark hair was amazing. I was getting frustrated that I couldn't see her that good, from where I was sitting, because, the lights were dimmed.

All I could tell was that her hair was straight and dark brown almost black. She was petite and her skin was light brown. Wih my wolf eyes, I could see that her eyes were green maybe.

"Dude, you better fix yourself before, Tammy gets back," says Raigen my Beta. "If she sees you looking at another girl, she'll turn into a Tasmanian devil," he says laughing. "Do you, want me to get her number for you,?" Before I could answer, everyone started applauding for Tammy, and so, did me and the guys.

"You were awesome!" I say as she sits at the table. "Yeah!" says Ben my Gamma. "You never told us you could sing, Tammy!" she blushes. "Thanks guys," she says, not knowing this fucker like I do. He chuckles at getting the reaction he wanted from her.

We listen to others sing, some good and some bad, and I keep score from the games, until, I'm pulled out of sports again by that voice.

:Secret Agent Man by johnny Rivers:

''There's a man who leads a life of danger. To everyone he meets he stays a stranger. With every move he makes, another chance he takes. Odds are he won't live to see tomorrow. Secret agent man, secret agent man. They've given you a number and taken away your name....''

End of song:

By the end of the song, I was in love and heart broken. The way she swayed her hips and danced, along with her sweet voice made me fall in love, but she kept looking at the pink haired girl as she sang. They must be girlfriends. (Well, there goes my chance)

End of Pov:

"Amaya, wake up already!" says my dad shaking me awake. "Teagan is waiting on you downstairs already dressed and ready for school," I guess he didn't trust her to wake me, since it, rarely ever works.

Sometimes I need a little bit more, than a push, to get me out of bed. I try to sit up and when that doesn't work, I scoot myself over to the edge and catch myself before I fall.
