True Fated Marriage novel Chapter 690

On the way to the hospital.

Heinz called Jensen in the car, "Jensen, did you set up this trap?"

"Are you alone?" Jensen did not answer, but asked Heinz in return. "Are you?"

"Yes, I'm alone in the car and on my way to the hospital," Heinz replied. "Queenie and Aaron are on their way there too."

"I think you certainly haven't gotten the results you wanted since you all were up there for such a long time. Initially, I wanted to lure Jodie here, but there isn't any good way to do that, so I think it would be better to lure Aaron to the hospital instead."

"I understand what you mean," Heinz said. "Have you informed Alice?"

"Of course," Jensen said, "Although I hate seeing Alice get hurt, she will be angry if she knows that she missed the chance to fight for her sister and nephews. Hence, I asked her to go to the hospital with me. We are on the way now. Where are you?"

"I just departed from Hart Villa District," Heinz said in a deep voice. "You take note of it. Try to get Aaron to go into the ward first."

"Oh, I understand," Jensen replied. "We will draw the snake out of its hole so that they would be unprepared. Jodie will definitely panic if there's really something going on between them."

"This is exactly the result that I want," Heinz said. "If she wants to play dirty tricks on me, I will entertain her until the end when everything is clear."

"Got it," Jensen said. "Let's go. Be careful on the road."

"Alright."

After hanging up the phone, they quickly drove to the hospital.

Aaron was driving very fast. He overtook every car he saw and dashed through all the red lights along the way to the hospital.

Jensen had already arrived at the hospital when he saw Aaron walking in.

"Is that him?" Alice asked.

"It's him," Jensen replied. "I asked my colleagues in my department to check for me, and the person in the photo that they sent me is him."

"He is quite good-looking," Alice said. "Even if he is not as handsome as Heinz, he is still considered quite good-looking. He looks well-mannered too. Jodie has nothing to lose, even if she is in an ambiguous relationship with him."

Frowning, Jensen turned his eyes and said, "Why did your evaluation make me feel so uncomfortable?"

"What’s wrong?" Alice asked in a puzzled tone.

"I just feel that your statement sounded very weird. If it were you, would you cheat on me?" "I'm not desperate," Alice replied. "I'll take a look at Jodie later. Although I have met her in person before, I feel that she either lacks love or is just too pampered that she is willing to risk her life.

She didn't get the love and care from Heinz, so she looked for a substitute. This substitute couldn't be an outstanding person like Heinz. So Aaron appeared. He was quite good looking and he was also a doctor like Jodie.

They would have heart-to-heart exchanges without any pressure. Besides, they were classmates, so they would naturally keep close contact with each other.

Such repeated close contacts would breed ambiguity.

If she couldn't control herself, it was normal for her to cheat. She hadn't been able to get love and care from Heinz. Thus, she would definitely fall for Aaron when he treated her like a queen.

After that, she might waver too.

She knew that she had wavered, so she regretted it. Therefore, she came back six years later to find Heinz and hoped to restart their relationship.

"Aaron also came back. I bet he must love Jodie very much. He loved her so much that he couldn't control himself. That is why he dashed through red lights and rushed all the way to the hospital. He just wants to get his lover back."

Alice's analysis totally surprised Jensen. He looked at her in astonishment.

"Alice, you are almost on the same level as the criminal profilers in the police station."
