‘’This is just the beginning of it! Your father made sure that my parents were tortured to death, he inflicted injuries on their body with hot iron, dug his claws into their skin… purged their eyes out of the sockets…’’-

‘’It was a horrifying sight for me, back then. I couldn’t help my parents and I felt useless about it, I just watched from a distance how they suffered, my dad saw me and gave me a small smile before he passed away. My pack was destroyed and I was forced to be a rogue! Tell me this, who would want that for themselves?! I thrived from a young age, dodged so many attacks from hunters that wanted to use me as an experiment, fellow rogues that bullied me until I became stronger to form my own pack! I made this vow that I was going to make you both pay for what he did to me…’’

‘’And I finally fulfilled my vow, I am indeed proud of myself. It is a pity that your father is not here to protect you from my wrath, if I were you. I would brace myself for what is in store for you.’’ he warned me.

I did not deserve this at all. Right from time, I have always been accused of crimes that I never committed like my mother’s death and now, I was associated with an actual murderer. When does it end?!

The fact that he was not even moved by my times proved it all that he did not care at all, it seemed like he enjoyed seeing me in my weak state. After all, anybody would be delighted to see the person who had caused them so much pain plead for their life to be spared. I needed to stop crying and put on a fake front that I was indeed strong.

‘’Listen, it is really meaningless to imprison me because I had no idea that my father did such to your parents, I was not even born then! Aside from that, the same man that you claimed to be my mentor hates me alot. The sight of me irritated him so badly that he always tagged me as a cursed child. I have said it before and I am still going to repeat myself, I am nothing like that man, he is a monster and I am not.’’ I stated nothing but a fact.

I was expecting a positive response from him but all I got was a blank facial expression before he turned to his guards, ‘’Watch out for her. She might claim to be innocent but she is just as deadly as her father. After all, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree.’’

‘’Yes, Alpha. We would do just that.’’

‘’Good.’’

He did not even spare me a glance before he left the dungeon, it was disappointing to know that even our matebond was unable to save me from this situation. He had turned his back against me and nothing was going to make him show any form of care for me.

As soon as he left with his beta, the guards gave me a nasty look before opening the dungeon, ‘’Come out!’’

Were they about to free me?

I obeyed them and they chained my legs as well before taking me to a bigger room within the dungeon area, ‘’Your father felt it was okay to kill our family members, huh?’’
