Caught in Love With My Previous CEO novel Chapter 81

Chapter 81 She Has to Drink Too

Tina estimated that Samuel wouldn't easily relent, and even if he wanted stars, she would have to grant his wish immediately.

The man sat beside her and asked with a glint of playfulness in his eyes, "Do you know who made me end up with cold shower last night?"

He casually asked, as if he wasn't seeking retribution.

A chill ran down Tina's spine. This guy wouldn't want to make her drenched in cold water too, would he?

She tightened her grip on her dress and replied with a forced smile, "I have no idea..."

"An ungrateful woman," he said slowly, as the smile in his eyes suddenly faded away, "If I catch her, I'll make her suffer."

Tina turned silent.

"What do you think?" Samuel asked again.

Tina gave a dry laugh and said, "You're right. She deserves it."

"I drank three glasses of liquor because of her before ending up taking a cold shower," Samuel snorted and asked Tina, "How do you think this account should be settled?"

Tina shivered, finally closed her eyes, and said decisively, "Let her drink three glasses as well!"

Samuel clapped his hands and said, "Good idea."

Tina was furious inside. Glaring at him, she felt like punching him in the face.

"Do you want some alcohol?"Jonathan, who had been watching them arguing, said with his eyes shining, "I have plenty here. Drink as much as you want."

Samuel got up and walked towards the bar counter, saying, "I'll personally make the drinks for you. Wanna give it a try?"

It was clear that he was talking to Tina.

Tina stood up and followed him. Feeling nervous, she replied, "It will be my honor."

As she spoke, her eyes were fixed on the bottles of alcohol beside Samuel, all of which were strong liquors including vodka and brandy.

Samuel walked behind the bar counter and grabbed three glasses. He looked at Tina and said, "I won't let you drink too much. Three shots are enough."

The glasses weren't large, so Tina thought that Samuel would go easy on her.

Just as she started to relax, Samuel opened a bottle of vodka and poured all three glasses to the brim without any hesitation.

Tina stared at the three full glasses of vodka in front of her and swore silently.

"Is this the drink you mixed for me?"

Samuel leaned against the bar counter and replied naturally, "Less is more."

Utter nonsense!

Tina took a deep breath and said, "It's quite profound."

"I'm glad you get it." Samuel said without a hint of embarrassment.

.Jonathan and Samson found it entertaining watching them play dumb and cut in at the right moments.
