Caught in Love With My Previous CEO novel Chapter 89

Chapter 89 Will You Let Me Sleep With You or Not?

Tina sat silently, minding her own business, and carefully cleared away the dishes, preparing to go to the rest area to reheat them.

Samuel glanced at her several times and noticed that she remained silent. He couldn't help but snort in disdain.

"No need to criticize others," Sylvia thought Samuel's expression was directed at her, and she stood up indignantly, "It's just a small contract worth ten million, not even enough to match the value of your car. There's no need to be so serious with me, right?"

Samuel saw Tina picking up the dishes and standing up, completely disregarding her as an insider.

"Does a ten-million contract needs approval from the board of directors?" His tone was icy, leaving no room for sentimentality, "Stop learning from your mother and treating everyone as idiots."

Sylvia widened her beautiful eyes, not expecting Samuel to be so thoughtless in his speaking. After all, her mother was the legal wife of Mr. Mason.

Tina passed by Sylvia while holding the dishes and couldn't help but sneer. Samuel's temper was only cute at these times.

The atmosphere in the room was awkward. She calmly carried the dishes and walked out, humming a few tunes without holding back.

After she finished reheating the dishes, the atmosphere in the office remained tense. Samuel sat arrogantly, while the others stood.

"You're not planning to sign the contract under any circumstances, are you?" Sylvia's face turned purple with anger as she glared fiercely at Samuel.

Samuel watched as Tina brought the dishes to the floor-to-ceiling window and arranged them neatly, even sniffing them forcefully.

He ignored Sylvia's anger and stood up, stepping towards Tina.

"Why aren't the shrimps peeled?"

Tina was taken aback for a moment and felt a bit helpless. "They were given to me by the maid. I just found out."

Samuel sat down in front of her, arms crossed, assuming the posture of a young master. "You peel them."

Tina gritted her teeth, about to sit down and start peeling when she suddenly felt that something was off. She turned her head and noticed several pairs of eyes staring at them.

She couldn't help but glance at Samuel, hoping he would deal with Sylvia first.

Samuel caught her gaze and furrowed his eyebrows. "Hurry up, I'm hungry."

Tina was left with no choice. She sat down under the scrutiny of various complex gazes and began peeling the shrimp.

The Langford family's chef was too skilled. She had finally finished peeling one, but she instinctively put it in her own mouth.

Samuel forcefully banged the table.

Tina quickly realized her mistake and sheepishly stuck out her tongue.

It was just one shrimp. Mr. Langford shouldn't take it so seriously.

They interacted with each other as if no one else was present. Sylvia stood aside, her arms trembling with anger. Unable to contain herself any longer, she kicked the tea table away and left in a huff.

Samuel sneered, "She really thinks highly of herself."
