Geoffrey stood in front of the huge gate and stared at the mansion behind it. It’s been a long time since he visited this place. He can vividly remember the first time he came here, and he stood here with gape at the house that looks like a palace. 
But now, it doesn’t amaze him anymore. Instead, he felt foreign at the place he used to live in. 
Standing alone, Geoffrey hesitated a little before he pressed the doorbell. A little while, a voice answered him through the security system. 
[“Hello, who’s there?”] 
“It’s me, Geoffrey.”
[“Geoffrey? What do you…”] 
The lady could not continue as someone inside interrupted her by shouting [“It’s young master Geoffrey! What are you doing?!”] 
Then the black gate automatically opened with a clang. 
‘Shaaaank!’ 
It welcomes him to invade a place he avoided for a long time. 
Geoffrey breathed before he took his steps inwardly. He passed the mansion’s front yard that has maze-like plants which are five feet tall. Geoffrey walked in the middle, at the straight pathway leading to the mansion’s entrance. As soon as he stepped near the already opened huge door that can accompany a family of Giraffe, he saw an old man approached his way. 
“Good evening, young master,” the old butler greeted with a bow. 
Geoffrey was born to a humble family. When he only learned how to get accustomed in having older people bow their heads on him when his mother remarried with a rich man. But after he ran away from home and worked at many part time jobs, he feels like seeing himself at the servants. He bowed to a lot of people just to survive alone. 
He nodded his head to the butler. The butler smiled at the man his old master treasured so much. His crescent eyes and the wrinkled skin around appear gentle and made Geoffrey feel nostalgic. Among all the servants in the house, this butler is the first one who treated him kindly. 
“I only came here to get something,” Geoffrey said. 
Left hand on his chest and right hand pointing the way while walking, the butler guided Geoffrey towards the spacious living room. 
Geoffrey threw glances at the interior. The furniture in the living room is on the sides, leaving a large central space that created focal points such as the chimney.
There are counters, curtains of expensive fabrics in the color of white and gold, comfortable seats and huge expensive paintings hanging on the walls. 
He tilted his head and looked at the large window where the natural light could enter. He could see the gorgeous window through the window and the bench that he and his mother used to sit on. 
Even if years passed by, the mansion still looks the same as before, as if he went back in the past. 
If there are things that change, then it might be that he saw new faces inside the house. 
From every side of the mansion, he could feel gazes throwing into him. The maids, whom he saw for the first time are all peeking at him, wondering who this handsome guest is. Blonde hair, rigid hawk-eyes, tanned skin, arched brows, pointed nose, heart-shaped lips, tiny face, wide shoulder and long legs; even if Geoffrey is wearing a ripped pants and white shirt, he still looking like a prince standing on the red carpet.
Geoffrey felt uncomfortable at the gaze, not because he does not want to be the center of the attraction, but because it feels uneasy once they address him young master. 
“Do you want to have some tea?” the butler asked.
Geoffrey waved his hands mid-air. He was about to decline when a loud voice echoed inside the huge place. 
“Young master!” 
Geoffrey caught his face with his palm. Aside from the butler, there is still one person who’s been waiting for his return. 
“Young master! You really came back!” Sesali, the old maid who’s been serving the house for almost 40 years, dashed towards him with tears at the corner of her eyes. “Why did you come home just now?! Federick and I have been waiting for you to come home for several years!” 
The butler, Federick, nodded his head to agree. 
Geoffrey opened his mouth but halted when Sesali suddenly grabbed both of his hands. 
“You made the right decision, young master. The house needs you,” Sesali added. 
Gently, Geoffrey pulled his hands away from the head maid of the house. 
“I am really sorry, Aunt Sesali. But I did not come here because I will stay.” 
Sesali’s eyes widened and subsided. Her curious gaze searched for him and for the explanation why he came here if he won’t stay. 
“I only came to get something,” Geoffrey said with a sigh. Then he looked around the place.
‘I promised that I won’t live here anymore,’ he told himself. 
“Ohhh, really?” Sesali murmured in a low voice.
“Anyway, Isa isn’t here?” Geoffrey asked. 
Sesali lifted her head. She glanced at Federick before she looked back at Geoffrey again. Before Geoffrey ran away from home, they clearly remembered the intense fight Isa and Geoffrey had. So Sesali was shocked that Geoffrey is asking about his stepsister, when all he did is to avoid her. 
“The young lady left early this morning.” 
Geoffrey nodded his head. There are two reasons why he asked for Isa. First, he doesn’t want to bump into her. Second, he’s afraid that she’ll do something after knowing that Adira is her stepbrother’s first love. 
“Where did she go?” Geoffrey inquired. 
“Ahmmmm,” Sesali hummed, rubbing her chin. She then, tilted her head and answered, “I can’t quite remember. But she said she will go to her father’s beach resort.” 
‘Beach resort? Suddenly?’ Geoffrey thought inly. 
“She also said that her friend will hold a party at the resort. What companies did she say? Something with Crimson and Vibe?” 
Geoffrey’seyes widened. He had an idea which gave him goosebumps. 
“PurpleV and TreasureW,” he murmured. 
Sesali clapped her hands and pointed at him. “That’s right! She told me that she will attend the party of those and won’t come back tonight.” 
Clenching his fists, Geoffrey blamed himself. He feels like it is his fault that Isa is acting this way. 
“The beach resort you say,” Geoffrey uttered. Then quickly, he dashed outside the mansion. 
“Young master! Where are you going?” 
Where? 
He will go the resort before Isa does something stupid just because of him.

When Isa accepted Nocturne’s offer to be his ally, she told him everything about her relationship with Chadwick and Adira. That Chadwick married Adira even though he likes her. She also disclosed to him the secret that the two only got wed for business purposes and that the articles about them being in love with each other are all lies. 
If there is one thing that Isa did not tell Nocturne, it is that Chadwick now likes Adira. 
Because she cannot accept it. For Isa, the only reason why Chadwick left her side is because Adira is a sly fox, who seduced her husband using her face and body. She feels like Adira has been only fooling Chadwick. However, Isa only does not want to let him go. 
She’s a person who is obsessed with getting attention. The only man who loved her unconditionally is Chadwick. So, it is hard for her to admit that such loving man finally fell in love with another woman. 
In order to get Chadwick back, Isa thought it would be okay to team up with Nocturne. 
The plan is simple. Isa will make Chadwick like her again. At the time Chadwick abandoned his wife, the pitiful Adira would be left. Then it is Nocturne’s turn to take her for himself. All Nocturne wants is to get Adira to submit to him. And so, Isa formed an alliance with him. Both have the same goal. It is to make Adira’s life miserable. 
The next day, Nocturne heard about the congratulatory party for companies where the two CEOs will be present. He told this to Isa. Then, Isa suggested her father’s beach resort that the companies can use for the party. Slyly, Nocturne used his connection so that the team who were discussing the place for the party chose the beach resort of her father. 
And now, it came to this. 
At the same cottage, Isa, Adira and Chadwick stood together.
After getting out from the cave, they came back only to see Isa, who’s serving beers into the employees of Crimson Meadow and Wine&Vibe 
“Oh?! Our two CEOs are here!” one exclaimed then followed by everyone’s cheers. 
Despite the loud cheers, they noticed the unsatisfied expression of Chadwick and Adira, which soon shut their voices. 
Then silence. 
Everyone is awkwardly looking at each other, wondering what made Adira and Chadwick turned so serious all of a sudden. 
Before they noticed which direction Adira and Chadwick were staring at, Adira put her gaze down. She looked at everyone with a forced smile on her lips and replied, “How dare you all drink and eat without us? This is a betrayal.” 
As she squinted her lovely eyes and smirked, the place became noisy again. 
“President! Can I pour you a drink!?” a drunk employee of Crimson Meadow asked as he stood up with blush on his cheeks. Some tried to stop him and pulled him down but he insisted. “Don’t stop me! This is an opportunity to hang out with our CEO! Why are you all stopping me?!” 
“We’re doomed. He’s really drunk,” his friend whispered. 
“Hey hey hey, someone stopped Mario.” 
“Mario, don’t dream of pouring a drink for our CEO.” 
“Why not?” Mario complained with a pout. “We are not in our company! This is an outing.” 
Adira, who suddenly remembered her favorite game character, Super Mario, smiled at the drunk and cute employee. 
‘I was shocked to see Isa in this place. But since it is my specialty to ignore my husband and her, then nothing matters,’ Adira told herself before she replied to Mario. 
“Sure,” Adira answered that made is an eye opener. “It’ll be my pleasure to hang out with my hardworking employees.” She stepped towards their table, but Chadwick held her wrist. 
He pulled her back to him and said, “Sorry. My wife should hang out with me.” When Chadwick dropped his cold voice, the surroundings turned chilly and everyone shut their mouths again. 
Someone pulled Mario back to his seat, blaming him, saying that it was his fault. 
Then, Chadwick brought Adira to the separate table. He sat her there and perched beside her. 
Silence became a noise that is wrecking all nerves. 
“What are you doing?” Adira whispered, enough for only Chadwick to hear. “I just finished saving the mood. But you wrecked it again.” 
“Then, will it be okay to let you hang out with other men when your husband is here?” Chadwick whispered back. 
“Why not? I don’t think you’ll be alone.” 
After Adira said that, Isa approached their side. 
This is what Adira was talking about. As soon as she leaves him, someone will take her place. Even so, it happened although Adira stayed at her side. That’s how sly Isa is. 
“What do you want to drink?” Isa asked the two with a wide smile. 
At the middle of the stern silence, Isa’s cheerful voice came. With that, all eyes tended to their side; at the two CEO and at the pretty girl who bravely approached them. 
Chadwick and Adira looked at her and that innocent face that can fool a lot of people. 
How Nocturne found out about the arranged marriage, Adira is finally convinced whose fault it is. 
“Give me a bottle of beer,” Adira ordered. 
“Alright,” Isa answered. Then, she tended to Chadwick. But she did not ask him and instead she said, “You wanted juice, right? Chadwick, you don’t want beer.” 
The already silent place became even quieter. 
Suddenly, the drunk Mario stood up and pointed to Isa. “Oh?! How did you know Sir Chadwick?!” 
He asked the question that everyone wanted to ask. Quickly, one of his friends covered his mouth and pulled him down again. 
Then, holding their breaths, everyone stared at Chadwick, Adira and Isa. They felt like they shouldn’t be here, and they wanted to leave the place as soon as possible. 
However, Isa, who acted as if she’s not affected, pointed at herself, and smiled at everyone. “Me? I am Chadwick and Adira’s friend.” 
At the exact time, Hansel and Neil arrived at the cottage. When Hansel noticed the odd silence around, she stopped walking and stared at the spotlight of the curious gazes. 
Neil also stopped. Then he looked at his boss, the wife of his boss and… when he saw Isa, he gasped hardly. 
Hansel saw Neil’s expression and asked him in a lower voice. “Why? Do you know that girl?” 
Neil leaned closer to Hansel and answered, “That is her. The girl who keeps on clinging around my boss.” 
Unlike Adira’s nonchalant gaze towards Isa, Hansel eyes turned fierce like fire. She glared at Isa, and vowed to make her regret coming here to mess with the two.
