Miracle Cutie (Amelia and Benjamin) novel Chapter 517

Chapter 517 Accepted His Apology

They were chasing each other around.

Dulce, who’d been crying minutes earlier, now giggled as Nina ran after her.

Nina cackled loudly, too.

The group of little kids played happily, completely carefree..

Lucy watched and couldn’t help smiling, “Kids bounce back way faster than grown-ups do.”

Sally nodded. “Yeah, they’re little, and their minds are simple. So happiness comes easily for them.”

The kids started their daily lessons and activities with the teachers.

During the second class, William came to pick up Nina’s bug.

Nina cried hard when her bug was taken away.

She called someone on her watch phone-not Benjamin, Amelia, or Daniel, but Tanner.

The bug was a gift from him, so she sobbed for Tanner when it was gone.

She cried so bitterly that Tanner’s heart ached for her.

To calm her down, Tanner said, “I’ll take you to an exhibit after school. There are way more bugs there than there are at my house. Wanna go see them?”

Nina cried out, “Yes!”

She asked right away, “Nina go?”

Tanner said, “Stop crying first. I’ll pick you up when school’s over.”

Sunbeam Daycare let out early, at three-forty in the afternoon, but it also offered after-school classes.

The extra sessions included art, foreign languages, and sports-for an added fee, and kids didn’t have to attend.

Amelia had already paid for Nina’s after-school classes.

She wanted Nina to stay at daycare a little longer so the grown-ups could rest.

Caring for such a high-energy kid wore everyone out.

Even Benjamin, with his strong stamina, admitted it.

It was not just physical tiredness-it was mental exhaustion.

They didn’t have to follow her every step, but they had to keep their eyes glued to her at all times.

Look away for a second, and she could get into trouble-that was really exhausting.

Chapter 517 Accepted His Apology

Nina whimpered into her watch phone, her chubby checks red from crying, “You here now?”

She was still asking if Tanner had arrived yet.

Tanner explained patiently over and over.

In the end, a teacher came over and got Nina to hang up and cry in her arms instead.

Nina only cried for a little while. The daycare teachers were experienced with kids, and they quickly distracted her, getting her to play with the other children.

Time at daycare passed at a nice, steady pace.

Other than struggling at naptime, Nina was easy to handle.

She loved to play, so she was easy to calm down as long as she had something fun to do.

When school ended, only William came to pick Nina up.

Benjamin and Amelia were busy, Daniel was taking care of the injured Alice, and Chloe was packing gear to go out-only William was free.

He knew he’d made Nina cry that morning.

To make it up to her, he rode her favorite electric bicycle to the daycare.

William said, “Nina, look what Grandpa’s riding! Wanna get on?”

He stayed on the bicycle, balancing on his feet, grinning and waiting for Nina to run over.

Nina always got excited and climbed on by herself when she saw the bicycle.

But as Lucy let Nina out, the little girl trotted over with her backpack on-not to William, but to someone

beside him.

Nina shouted, “Un-coo Tanner! You here!”

William froze in confusion.

Only then did he see a man standing to his right-Tanner, from the Langley family.

Nina was overjoyed to see Tanner. He lifted her up, and she leaned forward eagerly.

“Un-coo Tanner, go. Go!” She wanted to leave with him right away.
