Catherine stared at the numbers on her screen, thinking for a moment. “I have an idea. Go ahead and get back to work.”

Letty nodded and started to leave, then turned back at the last second. “Oh, by the way, Adela sent back the gift we delivered. She wouldn’t accept it.”

“Leave it with me. I’ll bring it to her myself when I get the chance.”
