The Billionaire Who Stole My Heart novel Chapter 219

Ever since their last meal together, Brittany and William had lost touch. Brittany approached Wesley, saying, "Mr. Tueley, William."

Seeing Brittany here was a surprise, so William asked, "Bri, what are you doing here?"

"I've got a business appointment with Mr. Tueley," Brittany replied with a smile. She had this magic about her, always keeping her cool no matter the situation.

William didn’t pry any further.

"Do you two know each other?"

Wesley had known about their relationship but still put on a surprised face.

"We've known each other since college, and we've been in touch ever since. We're good friends," William explained while glancing at Wesley, as if warning him not to spill any beans.

Wesley tried to stir the pot, "William, I remember you had a crush back in college, who was it?"

Brittany was curious too, "William, I'd like to know as well. All these years and you've never let it slip."

William didn’t expect Wesley to bring this up, let alone Brittany joining in. He knew who he liked, but he couldn't say it now.

"Alright, you two have some business to discuss, right? I'll leave you to it." William left, leaving a dissatisfied Wesley behind.

With William gone, Wesley led Brittany to a secluded corner, "Are you really planning to take over the Dustin family?"

"Yes, but I need help," Brittany laid out her terms. "I'll give you 20% of the shares, as long as I can secure my position."

Brittany knew she couldn't take over the Dustin family on her own, but with Wesley's support, she had a chance.

"Brittany, think carefully. If the takeover fails or you can't turn the Dustin family's fortunes around, your plan will fail," Wesley warned.

"I know." Brittany had thought things through.

"Alright then, let's do it your way."

After their discussion, Brittany made an excuse to leave early.
