That way, Marcel could get into Grandeur Capital smoothly. Even if he couldn't get an absolute upper hand, at least he wouldn't be a puppet like now.
"Even if Shona Bennett is top-notch, if I'm not into her, it's a no-go," Isaac sat up and looked at Manuel. "Don't meddle in my business anymore. Or else, your tiny little company might not last a week."
After leaving the Salter family, Manuel started his own company, which gained some fame over the years.
However, compared to Grandeur Capital, his company still seemed somewhat puny.
Isaac couldn't stay there any longer, so he left Salter Manor.
Manuel was so furious he almost smashed the restaurant to pieces, but the butler stopped him and said, "These are all Mrs. Grace's favorite things, Mr. Salter. Think it through, please."
Manuel slowly let go of the vase in his hand, stood there for a moment, then stormed off.
Isaac wasn't in the mood for Grandeur Capital, so he drove to the studio.
When he arrived, Brittany was in a meeting, and Tina just happened to be seeing a client out. She saw Isaac and stopped to say, "Mr. Salter."
Isaac didn't remember Tina.
"Mr. Salter, we've met before," Tina said awkwardly. "Don't worry; I haven't told anyone. Not even Brittany."
Tina had once hesitated whether to pretend not to know Isaac.
But in the end, she decided to come clean.
Isaac remembered how respectful Tina had been to him before.
"Thanks for keeping it on the down-low for me."
Tina was stunned. Was Mr. Salter actually thanking her?
She even doubted her hearing. By the time she came to her senses, Isaac had already walked into Brittany's office.
Tina swallowed hard, stood there for a moment, and then went back to her desk.
Brittany hadn't gotten a good night's sleep and was having a headache during the meeting. After the meeting, she returned to her office, and just as she put down her documents, a pair of hands wrapped around her waist.
"Stay still."
Brittany wanted to struggle initially, but when she heard Isaac's voice, she instantly calmed down.
She obediently let him embrace her.
After a while, she asked, "Why are you back so early?"
