The elevator doors slid open.
Theo stepped out, with Collin following closely behind.
Sheila, tagging along with Ellinor, came out too, fearing that Theo might take off and forget about their dinner date.
"Miss Mendoza, hold up!"
Surprised by the call, Sheila turned to see none other than Chase striding out of another elevator, all smiles towards her.
With a confident spin, Sheila turned to him, grinning, "Mr. Larios, what brings you rushing after me? Is there anything else you need to discuss about the endorsement deal?"
Chase barely gave her a glance, his eyes passing over her and landing on Ellinor, "I'm not after you. I'm after the other Miss Mendoza."
Sheila's smile froze, "Oh...Ellinor, come over here; Mr. Larios wants to see you!"
She didn't forget to shoot her a glare as she called Ellinor over.
Ellinor, looking puzzled, walked over to Chase, "What's up, Mr. Larios?"
Chase suddenly stepped closer to her with a strange smile on his face, "I didn't want to say this upstairs with all the employees around... Miss Mendoza, do you have a boyfriend?"
Ellinor frowned, "..."
What was he up to?
Before she could answer, Chase continued, "If you are single, could you grant me the opportunity to pursue you?"
