"She's bitch!"
The girl was a bit awkward, not knowing why Veronica detested Ellinor so much. "Uhm... Veronica, your family is really loaded, huh? You can just donate a building like it's nothing!"
Despite the Blanchet family always being low-key, everyone in school knew Veronica was a rich girl. But they had no clue she was part of the Blanchet family, and her brother was the Theo Blanchet!
Veronica was in no mood for flattery now. She asked, "Is my brother still at school?"
The girl replied, "He should be in the principal's office discussing the building donation."
Veronica got up and stormed out of the classroom, pulling out her phone to call Morgan...
"Hey! Weren't you supposed to make my brother, uh, I mean, my 'husband' totally fed up with that woman Ellinor? It's been days! Where's your action?"
Morgan was also helpless, explaining, "Mrs. Blanchet, to be frank, I've been staking out the Mendoza's place for days, but I haven't seen Ellinor. Can't make a move without her around! No idea where she's run off to!"
Upon hearing this, Veronica realized Morgan didn't know the whole story. Of course, he wouldn't find Ellinor if he was staking out the Mendoza's place because Ellinor doesn't live there!
"I'll send you Ellinor's location later. Get on with it today!"
Morgan was more than happy. "If Mrs. Blanchet could lend me a helping hand, that would be awesome!"
She hung up, a dark resentment flashing in her eyes.
Ever since Ellinor joined the Blanchet family, her grandma and brother didn't dote on her like before, and even looked at her unfavorably...
Moreover, her ideal sister-in-law was not some country bumpkin like Ellinor, but Ms. Howard from the Howard family!
Ms. Howard from the Howard family was a well-bred lady who had always treated her well. Even for the sake of Ms. Howard, she had to drive that damned Ellinor out of the Blanchet family!
Principal's office.
The principal of Creston University invited Theo to his office and earnestly discussed the details of the building donation.
