The Outcast Hybrid Luna novel Chapter 6

Scarlett

I hadn't heard from Alpha Jax for what seemed like days. I was back in my cell, with no contact with the outside world. I hadn't slept a second, thoughts running in cycles inside my brain. I had jumped from a frying pan inside the fire without knowing.

I shook my head, massaging my temples weakly. An heir, he wanted to simply use me to his own benefit and get rid of me. Didn't the bond affect him even in the slightest? Was his wolf comfortable with him playing around with a goddess given gift?

I screamed my frustrations, the answer to my questions tasting bitter on my tongue. All my life I had passed in the hands of monsters like alpha Silas, but Jaxon was the worst of them all. Cruel in ways I had never seen before, the over 6 foot man was a force to be reckoned with, and unfortunately I was on the receiving end.

'The alpha wants to see you. ' The sound of keys dangling filled the silence in the cell as Cane unlocked the door. I didn't wait for him to forcefully pull me up, I did so on my own. I wobbled a bit, a wave of nausea hitting me slightly. However I regained my balance before the force of gravity could pull me down.

Memories about what had transpired the other time came rushing back when I looked at his smirk. I didn't like the feeling that gripped me when he trudged forward nonchalantly, with his eyes fixed on my thighs. I was still clad in the leather jacket Thierry had given me, that reached mid thigh.

I didn't like his eyes on me, or the way he stood relaxed, tossing his keys up in the air. 'You know sooner or later I'll have a taste right? '

I tried to bypass him but he gripped my upper right arm and pulled me towards his side.

'Let me go! ' I clenched my teeth, swallowing my saliva loudly. I knew I was no match for him if he tried anything funny again. But I was a little stronger with my wolf and I knew I would die trying.

'Oh I will, right after I do what I have wanted to do since I saw you. ' I stepped away, only for him to pull me back again. I tried wiggling out of his hold as his other hand lifted the jacket up.

A cold sweat had began to form as he trailed his hand on the side of my hip. In it's wake, a burning sensation was left on the skin, on every part his fingers touched. I was disgusted by his actions and when he grabbed my cheek, a growl made way past my lips. His actions had pushed my wolf to the surface and I could only feel her anger and repulse as they boiled, ready to explode.

'All in good time. ' He whispered then snaked his tongue and licked the side of my face, making me almost gag. Then in an instant, he pushed me out of the door and dragged me up the stairs of the dungeon. My stomach growled with every step, my legs hurt as they struggled to support my upper body weight.

I lost count of the corners and turns we took, before we finally stepped outside. There were guards stationed at the entrance, heavily guarding the building. It was impossible to escape, given their numbers. The first thing I noticed was the ancient trees that surrounded the old concrete building.

I couldn't see any other building, only a narrow road that went into the woods. The place was in total isolation, away from the rest of the pack. I focused my sense of hearing, to pick up any sounds nearby, but it was all silent, except the sound of scampering small animals in the woods.

'Walk! ' A heavy slap was landed on my back as I was pushed past the guards and into the woods. The sun was setting, given the orange-red sky. I sucked in a long breathe, enjoying it's freshness as it went past my nostrils. It felt good to be finally outside, after days of being locked up in an enclosed dirty cell.

I knew I reeked of ammonia and carcases but I had gotten used to the smell. I used the glass of water they often brought to me to wash my genitals, to keep off any infections. Cane didn't say a word as we ventured further, a darkness beginning to form around us.

The trees were much denser the more we walked, their canopies blocking any rays of the setting sun. 'You know I could just take you here and now and no one would hear you scream.'

I didn't utter a word, only swallowed another gulp of saliva. He had suggested doing such for the second time and I was beginning to think he would go through with it.
