"Garrick, please don't go," Sofia pleaded, grabbing Garrick's hand. "If you go find him now, it will only make things worse. He will hate me even more."

"Sofia, have you lost your mind?" Sofia's words confused him. What did she mean by making things worse? Garrick felt frustrated by Sofia's infatuation with Skyler. It was as if she was drawn to him despite the danger.
