There are pile of paper works above Adira’s desk. However, instead of working over the documents, Adira is browsing on her iPh*ne and reading articles. 
The latest news today is about the handsome CEO with a kind heart. 
Adira read the articles which say good things about her ex-husband. The comment section is flooded with praises and compliments. 
She played the video about the accident. When she saw the car bumping behind Chadwick’s car, she almost jumped from her seat. Chadwick is still alive but at that moment, Adira got worried. 
"What the hell," Adira murmured while watching the video. "Why does he always get into car accident?"
Nonetheless, when she saw the smiling Chadwick hopping out from his car after the bump, Adira burst into chuckles. 
She could not believe that the perfectionist Chadwick could still smile despite of the accident. 
Suddenly, she remembered the gentle Chadwick whom she met years ago. 
After she saved Isa from the two men, Chadwick and Geoffrey came. Somehow, Adira could not forget Chadwick’s expression while tending to Isa. It was gentle, his eyes told that he truly cared about the woman he loved, and he will do anything for her. 
'Why am I making something from the past a big deal?' she asked herself. 
Chadwick tried to forget that. She continued browsing and reading articles about her ex-husband until he went to a forum where users posted photos of Chadwick in the site. She always sees Chadwick but she was oddly fascinated by the photos which were posted. 
There are photos where Chadwick was giving speech and the picture on the magazine and more. But what caught her attention the most is the picture of him laughing. 
It's sweet, like melted honey. 
Adira did not know what urged her to press the heart button on the picture. She observed the photo, staring at the features of his face. His crescent eyes, scrunching nose, huge beam, and his Adam's apple. While staring at it, she remembered last night's incident. 
As if a fire was lit inside her stomach, she felt hot by second. Ignoring the fact that she's staring at the picture for long time, Adira was snapped out when she heard the knocking on the door. 
Thud! 
Surprised by the knocking of the door, Adira accidentally dropped her phone on the floor. She wanted to get it by the door already opened. 
"Ma'am," Hansel called. "Sir Chadwick arrived now." 
Adira did not have the time to response and said to wait for a minute because Chadwick stepped inside. Right now, he is a business partner but that does not mean he can barge inside whenever he wants without her permission. 
Looking back, Adira also came inside his room without his permission so she could not complain. 
Sprinting towards her side, Chadwick arrived in front of her. Adira looked at his long legs and blamed them. If not for his long legs, then she might have the time to pick up her phone. 
Actually, it wasn't because of his legs but his determination to see her as soon as possible which took him faster to her side. 
"Good day, Mrs. McElroy," Chadwick greeted. 
Adira’s brows raised. They divorced but Adira kept the surname she got after marrying Chadwick. However, she doesn't see the need for him to call her that way. 
'Anyway, that is not important. The first thing that I need to do is...' With these thoughts, Adira looked at her phone on the floor. The display on the screen shows Chadwick’s picture and the heart react she pressed a moment ago.
She hastily looked back at Chadwick and down to her phone. 
'He must not see this,' Adira thought. 
Before Chadwick checked what Adira is staring downward, Adira kicked her phone and it hid underneath the table. 
She knew it was the most foolish thing she did. But she's not in the right state to think further now. 
Keeping her composure, Adira stood up from her seat and laid a business-like smile on her red lips. 
"Good day, Mr. Chadwick," she greeted and then pointed to the sofa. "Please be seated." 
She strode toward the sofa, which made her look awkward. Adira is someone who does not move hastily, but Chadwick felt like she saw cheetah running to the sofa. 
'Why is she moving faster? Does she really want to end the meeting as soon as possible?' Chadwick complained, pouting his lips. He, then, followed her and sat on the chair across her. 
With them inside the office, there are Hansel and Neil. They stood behind their bosses and sent looks at each other. 
[Did you have your breakfast?] Neil mouthed. 
Hansel frowned. They became close but she does not know why Neil had to ask questions like that. Yet, she answered, ["I did."]
Neil smiled and replied, ["Great."]
At his response, Hansel felt her cheeks burned hot and she tilted her head away from him. 'What's wrong with that weirdo?' Hansel thought while blushing. 
"I offered to hold the meeting in Wine&Vibe. But I heard that Mr. Chadwick insisted on going here instead," Adira started, crossing her legs. 
Chadwick smiled and said, "It is because I don't want Mrs. McElroy to tire herself. That's why I came here instead."
Adira raised her right brow. 
Meanwhile, Neil and Hansel who heard the cheesy lines from Chadwick felt the goosebumps on their skins. If allowed, they wanted to sneak out of the office room. But they can't. 
"Anyway," Adira spoke, "The meeting is about the mall who will launch our wine. I sent the documents. Did you check it?" 
"Not yet. But I was told about the offer from the mall owner. It is good." 
"Great. As for that, the mall will send a representative who will explain the offer of their franchise. Probably, that person will tour us in the branches on their mall." 
Adira signaled Hansel to give the documents to Chadwick. 
Hansel picked up the document and placed it on the table. Chadwick grabbed the documents and read it. He read the offer and then stopped when he saw the name of the mall. 
CUR8 Mall. 
A mall that is very familiar to him. 
"The mall is CUR8?" he asked with widened eyes. 
"Yes. Among the malls, they gave the best offer for the project. And it’s large too. So I think it is perfect." 
"But..." 
Unable to finish his sentence, Chadwick looked at the Adira’s nonchalant face. He doesn't know if Adira is aware of the truth behind the CUR8 mall. 
"Is there any problem? Mr. Chadwick?" Adira asked as she noticed the anxiousness in his expression. 
Only then Chadwick realized that Adira does not have any idea. He opened his lips, about to tell her why he was perplexed, but the door suddenly opened. 
All looked at the tall man who came inside with a smile on his face. 
Adira’s eyes widened but Chadwick’s eyes narrowed. 
"Good day. There's no one outside so I came in. Anyway, I am the representative of CUR8 mall. Nice to meet you Mr. Chadwick, and... Adira," Geoffrey Dale greeted before he smiled at the CEO of the Crimson Meadow; his first love, Adira.
