Chapter 534 Careless Habit of Hers
Amelia was still young in age, but after being a mom for several years, she never saw herself as a young lady
anymore.
Her mindset had long lost that youthful carefree edge.
Benjamin raised an eyebrow, reading her WhatsApp message, then typed back right away. “Aren’t we sweet. too?”
Amelia stared at the screen for a second.
Then she typed, “Well, I guess…. we are pretty sweet.”
Benjamin replied, “Just guess?”
Amelia sent a grinning emoji of Nina squinting playfully.
Then she messaged, “Teasing you. Being with you feels super sweet.”
The two chatted back and forth on WhatsApp, while Nina kept talking with Lucille on the video call.
They all chatted away the whole ride home.
Once they walked through the door, Nina felt the snappers tucked in her pocket. She glanced ahead at Benjamin, then offered a mischievous grin—a naughty idea popped right into her head.
“Daddy.” Nina set the snappers down on a chair, then struggled to drag the big chair over for Benjamin to sit

The chair was even bigger than she was.
She huffed and puffed with every move, yet she kept straining until she pushed it right under Benjamin.
“Daddy, sit.” Nina’s eyes sparkled with mischief. The second she finished speaking, she burst into giggles before he even sat down.
Her sneaky little look was obvious to anyone with eyes.
Benjamin stared at her, shaking his head.
He lowered his head to glance at the chair.
Nina panicked and quickly covered the snappers with her chubby palms. “Nothing.”
She kept her hands pressed down tight, staring up at Benjamin with her big, round eyes, trying to fool him.
Benjamin had already spotted the snappers earlier anyway.
Even now, her tiny hands were way too small to cover all of them completely.
Without a moment’s hesitation, Benjamin called out for Amelia. “Amelia, Nina’s gonna set ofl’ pop snappers
to scare me.”

Chapter 534 Careless Habit of Hers
Nina’s eyes widened in anger at his tattling.
Before Amelia could even walk over, she huffed and dragged the chair away again.
Benjamin kept complaining that the second she moved it. “Amelia, Nina’s throwing a fit at me now.”
Nina couldn’t hold back anymore.
She stopped moving the chair, picked up all the snappers with her little hands, and tossed them right a Benjamin’s feet.
Nina was fully set on startling him this time.
As expected, she didn’t get to set off the snappers before Amelia walked over and gave her a light spank on the bottom.
With her little bottom spanked, Nina pouted and ran off crying to find William for comfort.
William watched Nina bounce between laughing and crying the second she got home!
He narrowed his eyes softly-the quiet house suddenly felt lively and full of energy.
William was perfectly used to calming Nina down.
He played with toy cars with her in the backyard for a while, and soon, her tears were gone, back to her cheerful self.
When dinnertime came, Benjamin handed Nina a chicken leg. Nina let out a small huff, forgiving him just a little bit.
After dinner, Nina curled up inside an empty laundry basket.
Benjamin walked past, lifted the basket up with her still inside, and bounced it gently.
This little bouncing game instantly became Nina’s new favorite thing.
She laughed and begged him to do it again and again.
Benjamin kept bouncing her for nearly twenty minutes, yet she still wouldn’t let him stop.
Seeing the game stuck on repeat with no end in sight, Amelia stepped in to rescue him.
She said. “Nina, come quick-look at your fire truck. It crashed into the police car! Hurry up.”
Amelia had lined up two toy cars nearby, making a little pretend car crash just to distract her.
The second Nina heard about the crash, she climbed out of the laundry basket and ran over to check.
Once Nina ran off. Benjamin rubbed his sore arms gently.
They were starting to ache from all that bouncing.
Nina separated the two crashed toy cars, then turned to ask about her missing ambulance toy. “Mommy,
