No Divorce? The Billionaire's Love Chase! novel Chapter 647

Claudia pulled Darleen to turn and leave.

"Miss Ferguson, please wait!" Ann called out.

Darleen stopped, and Claudia turned with her.

Ann stood before them and removed her mask.

Her gaze lingered on Claudia for a few seconds before shifting to Darleen.

"Miss Ferguson," Ann said, "I don't believe I've ever offended you. Why are you always so hostile towards me?"

Darleen sighed, her tone arrogant. "It's not me who's hostile towards you. It's my brother. Get it?"

Ann's eyes flickered. She lowered her tone. "Miss Ferguson, there's been a misunderstanding between your brother and me. Could you help me arrange a meeting with him?"

Darleen scoffed. "You want to see my brother? In your next life, maybe."

Ann was furious.

She shoved past Claudia and Darleen, walking away from them.

Claudia sighed. She and Darleen were about to leave when they saw Marcia Windsor getting out of a car.

Claudia had a neutral impression of Marcia.

Marcia spotted Darleen and approached to greet her. "Miss Ferguson—"

Before Marcia could finish, Ann rushed forward and slapped her hard across the face. "Bitch!"

"Slap!"

A sharp crack echoed, mixed with Ann's furious curse. Everyone was stunned.

Claudia pulled Darleen back a few steps.

Terrified, Darleen clutched Claudia's arm.

She even dared to hit Marcia? Was Ann insane?

Marcia, recovering from the shock, swung her designer handbag and smacked Ann on the head.

"What gives you the right to hit people?" Marcia demanded, furious.

She looked closely but still didn't recognize the woman who had just slapped her.

Ann was defiant. "You bitch, open your damn eyes and see who I am!"

Ann sneered. "Let me tell you the truth. The reason York won't marry you is because of me. I'm his first love. Do you understand now?"

This bitch admitted it herself—her marriage to York fell through.

She was his fiancée. Ann was sure she had the right person.

Darleen shook Claudia's arm in disbelief. "Claudia, is this woman nuts?"

Claudia was just as confused.

She was the one who used Ann's brother and sister-in-law to lure her back.

Why would Ann mistake Marcia for her?

No wonder Ann had looked at her like a stranger earlier.

Marcia was speechless.

She pointed at Ann, warning, "Even if you are Mr. Ferguson's first love, you can't be this arrogant. If you don't clear this up today, I, Marcia, will teach you some manners on Mr. Ferguson's behalf!"

Ann lifted her chin, her voice venomous. "So your name is Marcia."
