The Contracted Ever After novel Chapter 656

Once Daniella finished typing her message, she quickly sent it to Emerson: "Mr. Emerson, my dad wants to check out the details of that property."

Emerson read the message carefully before calling Ronan to fill him in on Jeffrey's interest in the house details.

"Already? That's quicker than we expected. Great. Give him all the info, and the sooner, the better," Ronan advised.

Without delay, Emerson forwarded the most detailed information to Daniella, who then passed it along to Jeffrey.

Jeffrey was meticulous when it came to reviewing offers. The packet wasn't just about the property; it also included comprehensive information about Birchwood, a strategic touch orchestrated by Ronan.

Jeffrey thought the property was a solid investment. Even though Birchwood was quite a distance from Millstone and they might not live there anytime soon, a thirty percent discount made it an attractive option for future profit.

"Ask your friend if your old man can buy two units," Jeffrey suggested.

Daniella was surprised, "Dad, you're seriously considering buying?"

"Absolutely. Set up a meeting."

All Daniella could do was send another message to Emerson: "My dad wants to buy your properties, two of them. He'd like to meet you."

Seeing the message, Emerson replied with a single word: "Okay."

He then called Ronan to tell him that Daniella’s father was interested in buying two properties and wanted a meeting. Ronan, half-jokingly, said, "Go and win him over, buddy. If you get him on board, everything else will fall into place. Knock his socks off."

Emerson promised he would.

The first time Emerson met Jeffrey was at a well-known three-star hotel that had been around forever.

Emerson handed over the company’s documents to Jeffrey.

Jeffrey sized up the young man before him. A good-looking, spirited guy, tall and confident — the kind any mother-in-law would approve of.
