Looking at Alexandra as she walks to the car, Nathaniel was lost for words, the smile on his face couldn't be hidden. Alexandra was a rare mate. He has never heard about a mate like her nor seen anyone like her, not in his pack nor in some of the packs he has visited. Most of the women he has seen while growing up were nothing like her, while most were always seeking attention. Alexandra was one of the few who would never seek for his attention or another.

"Are you coming or not?"

Realizing she was already inside the car, Nathaniel advances towards the car walking past the tall metal pole shielding him while he talked with Alexandra.

"A penny for your thought" she states as he enters.

"You don't want to know"

"Try me" Alexandra dares him and Nathaniel kicks off the engine, telling her what he was thinking may not necessarily be the right move to make considering who Alexandra was, he didn't want to annoy her.

"Forget it"

"Fine" She frowns looking out the window causing Nathaniel to laugh. He didn't know why she was acting like a baby but either way, he loved it and didn't want her to stop.

"Are you angry?"

"Don't talk to me"

"Why?"

"Am in thoughts too and don't want to be bothered"

"What are you thinking about?"

"None of your business"

"Try me" He pouts and Alexandra couldn't believe her eyes.

"Can you be more original"

"Not when it comes to you. I love using your lines"

"Ha ha, does it make you feel good?"

"Very good you have no idea"

Catching a glimpse of the familiar road as Nathaniel drives the lonely lane.

"Where are we going?" She asks

"To your house, wasn't that where you were going to get your phone"

"That was before I met you now why will I want to go there when I stay with you till you leave"

"So you want to spend time with me?* He asks slyly, hitting the brakes.

"I didn't exactly say"

"But your words were implying such"

"You love to overthink"

"And you have a specialty for complicating everything"

"Told you I'm complex"

"How can I uncomplex you"

Alexandra laughs. "I complex? Is that even a word"

"Yea how can I do it?"

Leaning towards him, their lips an inch away from each other as she fans him with her hot breath. "I'm sure you can figure it out, you are Alpha Nathaniel Starkov after all, my mate so make me yours by finding a way to uncomplex me" she moves back, leaning against her seat

"You are something"

"Learned from the best"

"Where are we going?"

"Riverside"

"That's… that's where we first met" Nathaniel states as memories of that day play in her head.

"Yes I know so take me there please"
