Lily glanced at them and smiled. “Thomas, let’s continue rehearsing the lines.”

Thomas stuffed the script into the assistant’s hands, turned, and walked toward the center of
the scene.
This was the first time the head of the stage crew had been questioned by an extra, and he was a bit embarrassed. He immediately threatened, “Do you believe I’ll kick you out of the crew right now?”
Evelyn simply laughed. “Then, go ahead and try.”
“You three, get out immediately! Don’t even think about getting paid,” the head of the stage crew snapped harshly.
The students around them shook their heads, showing sympathy for the crew member. This guy’s in for it!
At Bloomington School, there were four people who should never be messed with. The first is Seraphina. Yes, after Seraphina’s ruthless actions a few times, no one dared to provoke her again. The second one is Shane. The third is Theron. And the fourth will be Evelyn. And this stage crew member had managed to offend two of these little bosses at once. If he didn’t get into trouble, who would?
Thomas stepped forward. “Such arrogance.”
Seeing Thomas arrive, the head of the stage crew immediately began complaining. “Mr. Foster, it’s not that I want to kick them out. It’s just that these three are too disobedient and don’t follow the arrangements. What am I supposed to do? If I let them off, others will follow their example, and the whole crew will fall into chaos.”
“You’re right,” Thomas nodded.
Evelyn, seeing her idol supporting the stage crew member, felt wronged.
Clearly, it was his attitude that was bad, and he was deliberately targeting them. They weren’t idiots; how could they not see it?
“What do you mean ‘right‘? He’s clearly targeting us on purpose. We’ve been standing here quietly, and he’s trying to move us to the side. I just asked for the reason, and he gave us a cold stare. He’s deliberately picking on us, thinking we can’t tell. Does he really think we’re stupid?” Evelyn retorted angrily.
Thomas raised an eyebrow. “Is there anything wrong with them standing here?”

“Their position will block a few teachers,” the head of the stage crew stammered awkwardly.
Such an excuse would work on someone who didn’t understand positioning or filming, but it was an obvious lie to experienced actors.
One could tell where the camera angles were simply by looking at the scene.
Thomas scoffed coldly. “Derrick, settle his wages.”
The accounting head stood there dumbfounded.
