Chapter 65 She Couldn't Sleep without Him Beside

Daniel suddenly rolled over.

He took over his phone and opened the hidden photo album.

Inside, there was only one photo of Madelyn.

It had been taken two or three years ago, and at that time, he used to work late into the night. Every evening, Madelyn would cook dinner for him and wait for him at home. That night, she fell asleep while waiting for too long.

She looked so innocent and sweet.

When he came back home tired, seeing her sleeping face made his heart soft.

Daniel told her to come in and put away his phone.

He closed his eyes and thought about his mother's words. It killed him to hear that Madelyn was living with another man.

He thought if he hadn't pushed her too far Madelyn would never have met Benjamin.
