AUTHOR'S POV
What had she done? That was the first question which popped in Sara's mind the moment she woke up from her deep slumber.
She was clinging to him like a koala and he was holding her for dear life. This was truly an embarassing sight for her.
Last night, she didn't drink but she sure acted like a drunk woman. She was all over him last night.
Groaning silently, she had pulled herself free from his arms and rushed to the bathroom to take the shower before deciding to disappear somewhere.
Surely, there would be alot of places where he couldn't find her. She planned on disappearing to a place like that.
Clothing herself in a simple white dress, she did what she had decided to do. She ran away.
She forgot for some time that she was scared of water and Grandfather Magnus might find out about her little trip alone.
She just didn't want to face him.
' You will feel bad later. ' He clearly warned her and she as the without-drinking-drunk woman, told him that she would deal with it later.
So, now that 'later' had arrived.
Walking on the beach, she didn't even know where she was at this moment.
“ That's why I should have never been in the same room as him. ” She groaned to herself as she kept walking, leaving her footsteps behind.
She had been scolding herself non-stop from the time she opened her eyes in the morning.
Sighing, Sara sat down on the sand without caring about her clothes and stared at the water.
She hated water but staring at it from afar was still nice.
It was all nice until she had to dive inside the water.
Water for her was just like Silas Alexander. It was better to watch him from afar.
“ Stop thinking about him. ” She muttered to herself and took out her cellphone from her bag.
She stared at the screen blankly for a while. What was happening back there? She wondered.
Was that DEVIL even doing something about that bitch Camelia? Or was he claiming that he loved her too?
Once again, men couldn't be trusted. Especially, Powerful men.
' You can trust me. ' Silas's impulsive words echoed in Sara's ears again.
She didn't know why she was thinking about what he said over and over again.
Her heart was whispering to her that she should atleast give him a chance. She should atleast try to trust him.
But guess what...
Her heart was what landed her in this shit in the first place.
Not to forget that Silas admitted it himself. He wanted to marry her just for her money, power and status.
Rubbing her temples, she comtemplated about what to do next.
Before Silas came, her mind was always filled with the thoughts of inheriting Lexington Group of Companies but now, it was all about Silas Alexander.
She, once again, didn't know what she was doing.
Unlocking her phone, she decided to call him. His number was saved in her phone with the name ' DEVIL '
Dialing his number, she placed the phone against her ear.
